At 41 years old, while traveling through Europe, Theresa had her aha moment: if she didn’t change course, her weight gain would soon rob her of the life she wanted to live. That realization sparked a journey of resilience, self-discovery, and transformation. Theresa opens up about her lifelong struggle with food, body image, and yo-yo dieting—and how she ultimately lost 200 pounds and learned to maintain it.
