This month, we are looking at the three pillars of life in form. Every day, I have conversations with people about the power of the mind to create an experience of being, and to completely transform at any stage. The more conversations I have, the more clear it becomes that there are three levers or pillars that play the role of creating our sense of existence. These three levers are attention, experience, and creation. So in this episode, we are looking at how together they combine to create the entirety of the experience of existence. What is covered: -How attention shapes our sense of existence-The lighthouse analogy and attention as a beam of reality-The fleeting nature of experience and its dependence on attention-The nature of experience as a momentary creation-Moving from control to acceptance of experiences-Understanding creation as the fundamental force of existence-How attention guides creation and content of experience-The realisation that all experiences are creative content-Embracing our unique role in the infinite play of existenceResources: -Sign up for the REAL Membership and experience the year of REAL self care: https://claredimond.simplero.com/page/640978 -Learn more about me and my work at https://claredimond.simplero.com/ -Find me on Facebook https://www.facebook.com/claredimondreal -Let’s connect on LinkedIn https://www.linkedin.com/in/clare-dimond-b533007/ -Follow me on Instagram https://www.instagram.com/clare_v_dimond/

We’re looking at the question 'What am I? The character in the game or the creator of the game itself?’ Why are there some things that keep us stuck, like money, for example, that we seem like we can never get enough of?We’ll go through five reasons why in certain areas of our lives nothing moves, even if we change everything else. Once we see through the game that is in operation, we’ll be able to exit it and start playing more and more of the game of joy, infinite intelligence and infinite love. What We Cover: -Where the stagnation in personal growth comes from-Playing the game of limitation-Character and identity in the game-The mission of the character: the name of the game-Creating the reality of limitations-The rules of the game of limitations-How the emotional rollercoaster of highs and lows keeps us in the game-How to exit the game of limitations and enter the game of joy and creativity Resources: -Sign up for the REAL Membership and experience the year of REAL self care: https://claredimond.simplero.com/page/640978 -Learn more about me and my work at https://claredimond.simplero.com/ -Find me on Facebook https://www.facebook.com/claredimondreal -Let’s connect on LinkedIn https://www.linkedin.com/in/clare-dimond-b533007/ -Follow me on Instagram https://www.instagram.com/clare_v_dimond/

This month, we're looking at relationships and the seven questions that can be used to bring the mind into reality in a relationship. It's within the context of family, school, peer group or community that the self-concept is developed from our early childhood. Therefore, the inner idea of what I am will always play out in relationships, and especially in the bad relationship patterns that tend to repeat in various contexts of our lives. In this episode, we’ll discover how, through posing powerful questions, our relationships with people become our greatest gift and the field of exploration of truth and reality. We’ll learn how real life can become an endless field of curiosity and source of revelation. What is Covered:-Powerful healing - discovering what really goes on in a certain relationship-Powerful honesty - what is gained from this situation as it is? -Powerful mirror - how is the person I resent the mirror of me? -Powerful behaviour - how is my behaviour contributing to the behaviour I resent? -Powerful information - what real-time information is brought into visibility right now?-What powerful source accountability is-Powerful wants - what do I really want here? Then we are going to discover how to create relationships that foster self-inquiry, and thrive on the clarity of desires and healthy boundaries. What is Covered: -How all relationships are influenced by our conditioned beliefs-The difference between the absolute, the relative and the illusory world-How desperation in relationships creates distorted perceptions-Why seeking validation from others is a futile effort -How clear boundaries can enhance relationship dynamics-Fostering relationships as a gift that serves as a mirror for self-discovery-How understanding our needs and wants can transform our interactions-Why we need to be very specific in communicating our desires-How to engage in healthy relationships that help our personal growthResources:-Learn more about me and my work at https://claredimond.simplero.com/ -Find me on Facebook https://www.facebook.com/claredimondreal -Let’s connect on LinkedIn https://www.linkedin.com/in/clare-dimond-b533007/ -Follow me on Instagram https://www.instagram.com/clare_v_dimond/
This month, we are going to look at seven principles of mental health. The more the mind understands these principles, the more able it is to navigate this world, which is very rarely exactly as it appears to be. Adopting these seven principles will bring us closer to unlocking ultimate mental freedom and understanding our experience of reality. We will be looking at:Self-concept and how it leads to a battle within the mindThe principle of no separation between external reality and self-conceptThe concept of no free will and the subconscious foundation of our behavioursWhat emotional health really means Why relationships are the greatest gift no matter how difficult they areThe true meaning of self-careHow to unleash impersonal individual brillianceResources: Sign Up for The Fundamentals of the Mind Course https://claredimond.simplero.com/page/675960 Learn more about me and my work at https://claredimond.simplero.com/ Find me on Facebook https://www.facebook.com/claredimondreal Let’s connect on LinkedIn https://www.linkedin.com/in/clare-dimond-b533007/ Follow me on Instagram https://www.instagram.com/clare_v_dimond/
How can we be more true to ourselves? This is a question for anyone who feels as though their experience of being is out of line from a deep feeling within what they are. It might be that our way of living, our relationships, the place we're living, our lifestyle, that all of those things are not quite coherent to what we are. It might be that our behaviour and our habits are jarring, and that there might be a feeling of needing to control or manipulate to get what we think we need. And none of that feels quite right. So today we’re going to look at how to be more ourselves, and how we can start to align more clearly with the truth of what we are. What You’ll Discover: -The more personal things are, the more out of alignment the mind is-How we can look at our sense of identity as a coping mechanism-What makes up our personality and how to deconstruct that concept-How to liberate our passions and interests-What our lifestyle and relationships reveal about our belief systems-How to find our voice and the courage to say what we think Resources: -Sign up for our new course Alignment and Integrity: https://claredimond.simplero.com/page/670184 -Learn more about me and my work at https://claredimond.simplero.com/ -Find me on Facebook https://www.facebook.com/claredimondreal -Let’s connect on LinkedIn https://www.linkedin.com/in/clare-dimond-b533007/ -Follow me on Instagram https://www.instagram.com/clare_v_dimond/
This month, we are exploring identity - specifically gender identity and its implications on society and on our understanding of the truth of what we are. Identity, or the vision of ourselves that is held psychologically, is the product of an enormous belief system. There is currently a societal wave that has made it very difficult to ask big questions about gender identity, and in some cases, challenging the beliefs about one’s identity is criminalised. So in this episode, we are going to explore the psychological construct of identity, what happens when psychological identity overrides biological reality, why organising society around identity constructs is dangerous, and how to seek truth and truthfulness in the conversations around gender identity. What is Covered: -What is identity and how it’s created-Why questioning one’s identity is not a threat but an invitation-The dangers of organising a society around identity constructs-The implications of gender identity of institutions, laws and society-Two ways in which gender identity trumps biological reality-How the entire mental health industry relies on securing one’s identity-Why it’s crucial for parents and educators to understand identity-Seeking honesty and considering the reality of existence in the conversations around identity Resources:-Learn more about me and my work at https://claredimond.simplero.com/ -Find me on Facebook https://www.facebook.com/claredimondreal -Let’s connect on LinkedIn https://www.linkedin.com/in/clare-dimond-b533007/ -Follow me on Instagram https://www.instagram.com/clare_v_dimond/
This month we’re looking at what kind of difference in perception and experience people should expect as a result of exploring reality in the way in which we are doing it in our programs. There are three areas that I would expect to change. And if these aren't changing, then there's an obstacle - a fear, more than anything else, of what it means for the mind to go deeply into what is true. In this episode, we’re going to look into what those three areas are. We are going to talk about the misguided pursuit of happiness, how to reverse emotional fixation, and how understanding our behaviour can lead to personal growth, accountability, and realising the infinite potential of our superpowered mind. What is Covered: -How pursuing happiness and peace as a goal leads to turmoil-Why emotions should flow freely without any fixation-What our behaviour reveals about our subconscious patterns and beliefs-Letting go of believing in an independent chooser in our actions-Why we must first recognise harmful behaviours and how to do that-Why true change requires no willpower or control-What it means to truly and deeply engage with reality-How a genuine exploration of our wants confronts ego protection-How to access and enjoy the continuous feedback loop of learning and creation Resources:-Learn more about me and my work at https://claredimond.simplero.com/ -Find me on Facebook https://www.facebook.com/claredimondreal -Let’s connect on LinkedIn https://www.linkedin.com/in/clare-dimond-b533007/ -Follow me on Instagram https://www.instagram.com/clare_v_dimond/
In this month’s episode, we're looking at the benefit of problems, and how they can perform an important role within the belief system in which the mind operates. We're going to look at it from two perspectives - the benefit for the identity, and the benefit for a more aligned experience of being. So we’re going to understand what may be the basis of our persistent problems with relationships or with money, how to discern between different kinds of problems, and how we can shift the mind from projections into reality. What We Cover: -The same conditioning behind the problems and the identity-The “job” of our problems and why they resist solutions -What we need to ask ourselves when we have a persistent problem-How to see through problems and understand what is wanted and what is achievable-Why increasing the capacity for discomfort brings the mind into reality-Accepting that the mind actually loves problem solving Resources:-Learn more about me and my work at https://claredimond.simplero.com/ -Find me on Facebook https://www.facebook.com/claredimondreal -Let’s connect on LinkedIn https://www.linkedin.com/in/clare-dimond-b533007/ -Follow me on Instagram https://www.instagram.com/clare_v_dimond/
When we are looking to solve a problem, one of the most difficult elements of a problem can be regret. It’s that thought, if only I'd done something differently when I had the chance, then this problem wouldn't be here. If I had or hadn’t done something at a certain moment in time, that would have changed everything about the past from that point on, the present moment that is being experienced right now, and the future. Regret is a powerful state of mind for us to look at. In this episode, we’re going to define regret, how it works, what it does, and how to free up the full power of the human mind. What is Covered: -The definition of regret-How regret functions in the mind-The benefits of regret for the ego identity-What happens when our mind resists the present moment-What happens when our mind is present in the moment-The role and value of regret for personal growth-The questions we can ask ourselves in relation to our regret Resources:-Learn more about me and my work at https://claredimond.simplero.com/ -Find me on Facebook https://www.facebook.com/claredimondreal -Let’s connect on LinkedIn https://www.linkedin.com/in/clare-dimond-b533007/ -Follow me on Instagram https://www.instagram.com/clare_v_dimond/
This month’s episode is an introduction to our May programme, which is all about the intelligence of the mind, how it is liberated and how it comes into its full potential as the most miraculous and capable organ on the entire planet. Basically, all our programmes are looking at how the mind becomes more sane. One of the ways in which the mind becomes more grounded in reality is through problem solving. Today, we’re going to look at two kinds of problems that our mind is trying to solve, and how that contributes to grounding ourselves into the truth of what we really are. What is Covered: -How and why the mind creates projections of the reality-What identity problems are and what they get exacerbated -Problems in the world of form and of information-Why we claim that all problems in this world can be solved-What stress is telling us when we are solving a problem-The difference between the identity want and the form want-Other types of problems that we can look at Resources:-Sign Up for REAL Membership and Intelligence and Problem Solving Course at https://claredimond.simplero.com/page/650028 -Find me on Facebook https://www.facebook.com/claredimondreal -Let’s connect on LinkedIn https://www.linkedin.com/in/clare-dimond-b533007/ -Follow me on Instagram https://www.instagram.com/clare_v_dimond/
“Let go of the outcome” is such a modern mantra, isn't it? Let go of the outcome and just focus on the process. And that mantra gets very confusing, because why would we let go of an outcome that is highly achievable and highly beneficial either to us, or to others, or to the world? Think about the work of surgeons and what would happen if they let go of the outcome. The problem is that letting go of the outcome can start to imply to not even try, not think about it, it almost becomes an opt-out from effort. So in this episode, we’re going to bin “let go of the outcome” and start thinking about achievable and unachievable wants instead. What is Covered: -Why focusing on the outcome creates so much stress -Learning to understand unachievable wants -What happens when “I” is both the subject and the object of a want-How to avoid wanting outcomes that are impossible to pin down-Why sometimes the wanted outcome is unrelated to the action being taken-The impossibility of resisting or fixing certain emotion in place-The value of putting all the research, effort and hard work only into achievable outcomes Resources:-Learn more about me and my work at https://claredimond.simplero.com/ -Find me on Facebook https://www.facebook.com/claredimondreal -Let’s connect on LinkedIn https://www.linkedin.com/in/clare-dimond-b533007/ -Follow me on Instagram https://www.instagram.com/clare_v_dimond/
The direct path is a spiritual approach which considers that the content of experience is a creation of the mind. And for the mind to be in truth, we should turn away from that content to what lies behind all of the experience of being, which is consciousness, intelligence, love. The direct path is completely solid and grounded, and that’s awesome. But the thing is, the mind is still operating in a world where we work, we have family, mortgages to pay or problems with our boss. So if the only truth is what is prior to the mind's creations, what do we do now with this reality? That’s what we are exploring in this episode. What is Covered: -Explanation of the direct path-The problem with a lot of spiritual teachings of the direct path-How the direct path grounds us deeper into reality-Expanding the emotional capacity vs. denying the pain-How the direct path reveals itself in the midst of the confrontation-Why “What do you want?” is the crucial question to ask ourselvesResources:-Learn more about me and my work at https://claredimond.simplero.com/ -Find me on Facebook https://www.facebook.com/claredimondreal -Let’s connect on LinkedIn https://www.linkedin.com/in/clare-dimond-b533007/ -Follow me on Instagram https://www.instagram.com/clare_v_dimond/
“Find your why” is a very common phrase that we hear in self-help circles. It's the idea that there is a higher purpose, a bigger meaning we can find, a deeper motivation that will inspire us, and that will keep us going through tiredness and frustrations. It’s a very powerful argument, and that power is incredibly problematic. Because, if our why relates to securing the ego identity, then that whole thing is completely insane. So in this episode, we’re going to explore why finding our why can lead us to chaos, and how we can understand it in a way that brings joy, relief and great experiences. What is covered: -Why “Find your why” is such a compelling invite-The problem with finding your why and the belief system it relies on-How our problematic why’s can lead to burnout and health problems-The risks of finding our why in being a great parent or in helping others-How we can reverse Find your why to learn more about our wants-How finding your why can be fulfilled with excitement, joy and learning Resources:-Learn more about me and my work at https://claredimond.simplero.com/ -Find me on Facebook https://www.facebook.com/claredimondreal -Let’s connect on LinkedIn https://www.linkedin.com/in/clare-dimond-b533007/ -Follow me on Instagram https://www.instagram.com/clare_v_dimond/
Today, we’re going to explore the gift of the fun house. The title of this episode came about as I remembered how my son experienced the fun house at a yearly fair in our town. For two years in a row he was scared, running into the same mirror and getting bumps on his head, and then the third year he just thought it was boring. Boring is such a good word when it comes to what the mind creates, the enormous roller coaster that the experience of being can go on in the grip of total identification. But then it gets really interesting when that experience starts to become boring, and that’s what we are going to talk about in this episode. What is Covered: -The grip that the identified mind holds over our existence-Why we almost feel possessed in the moments of a perceived survival threat -How the tension and the drama we’re experiencing can become boring-What boredom signalises to our body-mind-How we can shift from focusing on securing the identity to solving problems-How boredom frees the mind to fully participate in the world Resources:-Learn more about me and my work at https://claredimond.simplero.com/ -Find me on Facebook https://www.facebook.com/claredimondreal -Let’s connect on LinkedIn https://www.linkedin.com/in/clare-dimond-b533007/ -Follow me on Instagram https://www.instagram.com/clare_v_dimond/
Welcome to our 50th episode! With almost 50,000 downloads so far, inspired by those fives, today we’re going to discuss five of my favourite quotes for life. Tune in to hear why I’ve chosen them and how they inspire and connect with the conversation around our Superpowered Mind. I hope they give you as much to reflect on as they give to me."The real you is a field of intelligence in which the person you have identified yourself with, all other persons, as well as the environment in which they exist, all co-arise and co-evolve as a result of your own self interactions." - Deepak Chopra "Our parents, our children, our spouses and our friends will continue to press every button we have, until we realise what it is that we don't want to know about ourselves yet. They will point us to our freedom every time." - Byron Katie "It is slavery to live in the mind unless it has become part of the body." - Khalil Gibran "I go down to the shore in the morningand depending on the hour the wavesare rolling in or moving out,and I say, oh, I am miserable, what shall—what should I do? And the sea saysin its lovely voice:Excuse me, I have work to do."- Mary Oliver "You believe that you live in the universe, when in reality the universe lives in you." - Steve Chandler Resources:-Learn more about me and my work at https://claredimond.simplero.com/ -Find me on Facebook https://www.facebook.com/claredimondreal -Let’s connect on LinkedIn https://www.linkedin.com/in/clare-dimond-b533007/ -Follow me on Instagram https://www.instagram.com/clare_v_dimond/
Today we're looking at the driver to be seen. Everybody wants to be seen, to be heard, to be acknowledged. It provides the temporary feeling of validity, worth, and survival even. And that makes sense when looked at from the belief system of what we are as a separate entity, that can somehow find wholeness through attention and love, regard and respect. In the midst of this tremendous drive to be seen, we use elements at our disposal, such as our work, our body, our looks or our help and support of other people. In this episode we are going to explore the difference between being seen and seeing, and how between the two lies a freedom that sets free all of these elements that would be used in the attempt to solidify the identity, and instead just become what they are. What is Covered: -Philosophical aspects of being seen vs. seeing-What is the “I” that wants to be seen? -The relationship between individual and infinite consciousness -How consciousness operates through our body-mind form-Analysis of Descartes’ “cogito ergo sum”-How the understanding of what we are sets free our relationships Resources:-Learn more about me and my work at https://claredimond.simplero.com/ -Find me on Facebook https://www.facebook.com/claredimondreal -Let’s connect on LinkedIn https://www.linkedin.com/in/clare-dimond-b533007/ -Follow me on Instagram https://www.instagram.com/clare_v_dimond/
Today, we're looking at the difference between a mind that is claiming doership and source accountability. We're going to take a story from a beauty salon to explore the mind’s confusion about being a separate doer that’s making things happen, and the state of mind that is sane, inquiring and settling back to truth about what we are and what is real. We're going to use simple messages that we can receive like compliments or insults to reveal the deeper meaning behind them about our belief systems, and to explore source accountability as the system of moving intelligence and consciousness through the world. What is Covered: -The anecdote from the beautician’s about having “nice eyebrows”-Why we tend to take compliments or insults personally-The belief system behind compliments and insults-The fundamental insecurity behind the belief that we are a separate doer-The difference between avoidance through spiritual bypassing and perceiving feedback information-Source accountability and its learning cycle -How intelligence and consciousness really operate in the world-How to find peace in the constant movement of consciousness Resources:-Learn more about me and my work at https://claredimond.simplero.com/ -Find me on Facebook https://www.facebook.com/claredimondreal -Let’s connect on LinkedIn https://www.linkedin.com/in/clare-dimond-b533007/ -Follow me on Instagram https://www.instagram.com/clare_v_dimond/
Last week, we looked at one horrible question to ask ourselves in the midst of resentment: What is my equivalent? This week we're looking at an even more horrible question: What is the benefit? It is a horrible question because on the surface, it has the potential to be really dangerous. We need to understand its full power when we are in situations where there’s resentment towards someone or something. Is it possible that we might be benefiting directly from that situation? So in this episode, we’re going to explore why exactly this is a dangerous question, and how we can start using it as a tool for liberating our superpowered mind. What is Covered: -The surface level and the deeper level of benefiting from resentment-Why resentment is an ego stabilising space-The possible hidden benefits of staying in situations of resentment-How to acknowledge choices that are being made in our present situation-Transitioning from hidden choices and unachievable wants to conscious and achievable ones-Why we should pose the question “What is the benefit?” only to ourselves Resources:-Learn more about me and my work at https://claredimond.simplero.com/ -Find me on Facebook https://www.facebook.com/claredimondreal -Let’s connect on LinkedIn https://www.linkedin.com/in/clare-dimond-b533007/ -Follow me on Instagram https://www.instagram.com/clare_v_dimond/
