Originally from Vancouver, British Columbia, Dr. Lim earned his Bachelor of Science and Doctor of Dental Medicine from the University of British Columbia. During dental school, he joined the Canadian Armed Forces, serving as a Second Lieutenant. Upon graduation, he moved to Toronto, where he was promoted to Captain and served as a Dental Officer at Canadian Forces Base Borden.After completing his military service, Dr. Lim pursued further specialization, completing a residency in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital in Philadelphia.
