The walk starts before the sun rises so that participants experience the sunrise during the walk. It is to raise awareness for mental health and the prevention of suicide, two things that have affected too many people. In the latest episode of ‘Marbella with Him & Her’, PJ has a moan about feeling poorly and his cough. Hannah talks about her meet up with a friend who is writing a novel and wanted to know about the lockdown in Spain. Hannah and PJ discuss those times and how weird it was. Hannah mentions her trip to Nails Factory Benalmadena which opened on Thursday (@nails_factory_benalmadena) The Sur in English articles this week were about a huge festival coming to Marbella called Elrow (elrowtown.com) and the new daily flights between Malaga and New York that started last week. On Friday they met up with Norwegian friends and had a delicious paella in Alabardero Beach in San Pedro. (@alabarderobeachmarbella) PJ speaks about the Baklava he made for a Greek themed dinner party, and finally they mention the beach clubs that are now open and the recent launch party of Ocean Club Marbella (@oceanclubmarbella)

In this week's episode Hannah shares her first ever Reiki experience. It was with Reiki practioner Sandra who is based in Estepona @studioinnerbalance PJ talks about his favourite watermelon salad, a regular dinner throughout the summer. Ingredients: Diced watermelon, diced cucumber, sliced chilli, chopped fresh mint, sliced red or white onion, juice of half a lime, glug of olive oil, salt and pepper. Topics in this weeks Marbella with Him & Her include the launch event of La Sala Homes in Marbella, the new business for the La Sala Group which Hannah hosted on Thursday night. It is episode 7 of Marbella with Him & Her and this week they talk about the Milli Vanilli documentary and the Bob Marley One Love film they watched. Hannah mentions two interesting interviews she did on her radio show. One with Delasi, a contestant on a recent TV show called Bring the Drama, hosted by Bill Bailey, and one with Tasha Ghori, a former contestant from Love Island who is deaf and is doing amazing work to normalise deaf accents. They attended auditions for a comedy sketch show that will form part of this years Lark In The Park in Benahavis in June.
