Most importantly we discuss yoghurt gate but we also touch on a bunch of community shoutouts, some NFL, Crossfit, T100, UK & US track & field and the Tour de France Femmes avec Zwift all before we get to our interview. Our guest is Kristi Storoschuk who is a PhD Candidate in Muscle Physiology at Queen’s University with the goal of contributing to our understanding of diet, food timing, exercise, and metabolism.
