Missed last week so we talk about both on this week's show. Good to see City get back-to-back wins against MTL and SJ, but didn't get close to making it three. A good LAFC team that City earned a draw with back on 4/27 is much improved with their new forward attacker, fresh off of a 10-year stint with the Premier Leagues Totenham Hotspurs. STL City played well against the Whitecaps, and in 2025 haven't allowed a goal in the run-of-play against the 3rd place, Western division foes. That wasn't enough though. A last-minute PK was awarded to allow their new captain a chance to put home the winner. Questionable call to say the least, and fans would like MLS to address it, but they're not going to, so get on with it.Lutz was dismissed from his post by STL City Sc on Monday, but doesn't come as a surprise to some.
