A little update on where we've been and what's to come!

In this week's episode, we hand the reigns over to our producer, Chris, and Ashley's partner, Brent to discuss their "Big Boy Feelings." They chat about toxic masculinity in today's society and how it affects them personally and in their relationships. We also share some advice with a listener who's struggling with communication.

How do you deal with jealous feelings in your relationships? In this week's episode, we discuss jealousy in all its forms and how it is a perfectly normal emotion. Ashley shares personal stories that show how jealousy doesn't have to control you if you know how to control it. We also answer some interesting listener questions, and discuss one of our favourite instagram influencers, @decolonizing.love.
