The first Tewaaraton Watch List has arrived, and we're breaking the whole thing down. Which conferences have the biggest presence, numbers by position, and a quick list of names that should be quick adds when the next wave of names is released. Then, it's game previews. It's our first regular season Tuesday, but not quite our usual Tuesday episode. With all the cancellations there was no media poll this week, so we don't have a top 20 to go through. The NCAA lacrosse season is here, with games starting today on a positive Friday. Before getting into games, we take a run through my full preseason All American ballot. Team by team and position by position, I reveal who I voted for, why I voted that way, how it's different from the final teams, and who the next group of players on my list was when I ran out of spots. The 2026 college lacrosse season is upon us! This is a Wednesday edition of the Tuesday Top 20. We focus on the preseason content today. To start, we take a spin through the Inside Lacrosse Top 50 players. I was lucky enough to vote again this year, so I give you the top of my ballot, who I had at one, the biggest disparities between where I had players and where they ended up, a few names I voted for that didn't make it, plus some names I didn't vote for that did. The PLL is expanding its schedule and increasing player compensation this year. We get into the details of the new schedule and the challenges that might come with it. NLL players, college coaches, and rookies could all have their availability impacted by the extra games and earlier start. Brad is the Executive Producer of the new lacrosse documentary The Mighty Oaks, and also a first rate lax dad. We talk about how he found his way to lacrosse in Northern California, growing the sport in his community, and how that developed all the way into filming a documentary about a season in pursuit of a championship. It's a great conversation about the sport impacting lives for individuals and a community. We're back! The 2025-26 Sticks In lacrosse year is underway, and we're catching up on what's happened since our last episode. NLL season is nearly here. We're back! It's Labor Day Weekend, an unofficial bookend to summer, but we've still got plenty of lacrosse going on. We start with some talk about the U20 Men's World Championships. Canada took the gold with an upset over USA, we talk about how Canada pulled it off, and why club lacrosse has nothing to do with it. We also talk the streaming options for the games and why streams are worth paying for. Finally, we take on the notion that international events aren't worth watching because they're so top heavy, and why lacrosse desperately has to shed this feeling before 2028. Then, it's PLL Semifinal weekend. Denver is taking on California, and New York plays Philadelphia, all at Subaru Park in Philly. Special episode today. This weekend at the PLL Semifinals, part of the festivities includes the Stars and Stripes Classic. It benefits the Green Beret Foundation and the Navy Seals Foundation, with a game between servicemen from both branches that gets underway at 6pm in Philadelphia. Army Head Coach Joe Alberici will coach the Green Berets, Navy Head Coach Joe Amplo will coach the Navy Seals. I talk with Charlie Iacono, the President and CEO of the Green Beret Foundation, about the event. It's been a massive week for Premier Lacrosse League news. We start with the biggest of the stories. The PLL has a new five year media rights deal with ESPN. We get into the what we know, we would want to know, some information about the terms of the deal and more. We also talk about what it can do in the near term, like expanding the schedule and increasing player salaries, but also look at longer term projects that can get kicked off under the new deal. Then, we change gears to PLL cards. The PLL released a new set of cards this week, and I get into the what I liked, and didn't like, about the release and the card set itself.
