How Do You Rebuild After Everything Crashes Down?In this episode, Mike Chaput joins Bill to share the raw, unfiltered story of what it really takes to recover from business failure. This is the first time someone's shared how to put a team together. Getting people together to scale the business seems an obvious advice going around. But so far unbeknownst to me has been how.
