Delays and missed connections are inconvenient, stressful and frustrating. In this episode we discuss how some passengers deal with delays and misconnections.I'm sure there will be more stories to share on this subject so this is "part one."
Customers request all sorts of things. Some are reasonable and some are a little odd. In this episode Quinn has to rate 1-5 the requests from a passenger perspective. I rate them from a flight attendant perspective.Spoiler alert: there is a real doozy at the end.
