Thank you to my guest Kristen Dunning, Founder of Gently Soap, for joining me:
“Kristen Dunning champions a strong passion for plants that hails from her rare five generations of Black Alabama farmers. This passion fueled the foundation of Gently Soap - a personal care brand anchored in her clinically proven, self-developed herbal infusions that cater to the growing millions of people struggling with itchy, sensitive skin.
During her time at UGA - a top agricultural institution - she pursued two agricultural science degrees, embarked on an honors horticultural research project and secured a graduate research fellowship in crop, soil, and plant science. These experiences allowed her to spend years in greenhouses, refining her overarching mission - to show every American how to embrace plant-derived, botanical products without compromising skin health and holistic bodily wellness.”

Thank you to my guest Rosa Chiarenza for joining me:
"My name is Rosa Chiarenza. I train service dogs for Eczema and other qualifying disabilities. I’ve been training dogs for many years and it’s been my biggest passion. I have two service dogs myself. I have a miniature schnauzer who assists with my Eczema and POTS. (Scratching interruptions and high heart rate alerts) I also have a Labrador mix who does mobility work, high heart rate alerts, scratching interruptions, and more! My life has changed so much with a service dog and I want to give other people that opportunity. Eczema has been one of my biggest rivals, but I’ve always believed in the quote “tomorrow can be different.” As cheesy as it sounds, it’s very deep and factual when you think about it. Anything can happen in the blink of an eye. I may have had to give up other dreams, but now I have new ones. Sometimes it’s okay to open a new door while thinking about the one you had to close…just not for too long. 😉

Thank you to my guest Jing for joining me:
'I am honoured to be speaking on the podcast with Michelle about Cold Atmospheric Plasma for Topical Steroid Withdrawal, thank you so much for having me! My name is Jing and I am a sufferer of Topical Steroid Withdrawal from Singapore. I moved to the UK to set up Skin Solace Clinic with my friend and business partner, Louise King. Together we have created a safe space for people going through this condition to seek healing and guidance.
At Skin Solace Clinic we use a special CAP treatment to accelerate the healing of TSW skin. It has a number of benefits, including promoting wound healing, killing bacteria and fungal infections, and reducing hardened/elephant skin. Accompanying the treatment is our CJAY Rejuvenate Serum which compliments the effects of treatment by providing essential nutrients to the skin for its growth. While treatment and the serum are extremely helpful, healing would not be complete without a set of care protocols, which we guide our patients through.
As we are the only clinic in Europe using CAP for TSW, we have a waiting list of patients. If you are interested in receiving treatment, please subscribe to our email list on our website www.skinsolaceclinic.co.uk. All subscribers will receive an email when the waiting list is reopened for applications. In the meantime, if you need any support or guidance, we offer remote advice via video call with no waiting time, details are available on our website.''

Thank you to my guest Tommy for joining me:
"Hellooo everyone! We touched on something very important in this podcast, which is how there is never a ‘one size fits all’ approach when it comes to healing. As an integrative health practitioner we don’t treat, diagnose or cure….. we get to the underlying route causes, the ‘why’. This can be done by using functional medicine lab testing, taking the guesswork out of exactly what your body needs.

Thank you to my guest Johanna for joining me:
"Hey everyone, I’m Johanna or Jojo, and on this episode from Michelle’s podcast, we are talking about my journey and tips & tricks for living with eczema. My biggest advice for you would be to take matters into your own hands and start looking for healthy, long-term solutions instead of strong and ad hoc medications. As you all know, our bodies and skin change all the time, but these are some of the products that work very well for me at the moment: Nivea: Sensitive Sunscreen (I always use it in the morning and after showering), No cosmetics: Liquid Balancer or Liquid Hydrator (for the night-routine), Apotheket: Extra Intensiv Mjukgörande Hudkräm (sadly I believe it’s still only available in Sweden), Garnier: Micellair Cleaning water (for removing makeup)."

Thank you for listening to this episode of the Empowered Eczema Podcast.
Check out details of our guest, Grace (Skinderella):
"My name is Grace McMillan, or as some people know me @skinderella_nz_ I lived with eczema for about 22 years until one day I decided to look beyond the doctor’s office and start trialling different treatments. This is when Skinderella was born. I only got a couple of months into trying new therapies such as acupuncture and traditional Chinese medicine when I discovered Topical Steroid Withdrawal (TSW) through The Eczema Coach and the Preventable documentary. Everything I thought I knew about the skin condition I had lived most of my life with was completely flipped on its head. In July 2020 I went off all steroids and straight into TSW. Now, after nearly 4 years I’m sharing as much as I can about what I’ve learnt during this time. My goal is to spread awareness about TSW with the hope that it prevents others from having to go through it too. Whose the ultimate expert on the human body? The one who calls it home!"

Thank you to Katie Mackie for jumping on this podcast, learn more about her here:
"My name is katie mackie aka @mackies_moments and I have been an eczema and sensitive skin sufferer since birth (1996 b*tch).
My eczema has always been the one part of me I hid and felt embarrassed of. I’ll never forget the painful memories of trying to hide my eczema by covering it with foundation for any kind of social event (not a good idea, burns like hell) or when girls would bully me for being in jeans and long sleeves at parties when they were in dresses. I know a lot of other people feel the same way and sometimes we look at ourselves and think we are disgusting.
This is not okay and is something I want to change. As I’ve got older I’ve realized I am not the problem, people’s reactions to my skin are. I share to teach people and let them know it’s okay and they are not alone."
After using topical steroids, Dupixent, Methotrexate, Cibinqo, and Rinvoq, Jesi has finally found herself in natural healing and has brought the most transformation yet.
Season 2, Episode 1: Guest: Jesi Snaer "Hi I’m Jesi and I’m from Baltimore Maryland. I have suffered with eczema my entire life and I’m so thankful Michelle has given me the knowledge I needed to tackle this condition naturally. I’ve learned so much about my body physically, emotionally and mentally. Our bodies are so resilient and I wouldn’t change my journey for the world. I’ve found so much strength within myself to heal this that it’s also given me a huge positive shift in my mindset and perspective on life! For that I’ll forever be grateful for Michelle! If you’re reading this and are hesitant on healing naturally or working with Michelle, feel free to message me because if I had to do it all over again I’d choose Michelle tenfold."
Today we’re talking about how to heal eczema naturally. This is a massive overview of histamines, TSW (topical steroid withdrawal), salicylate intolerance, hand eczema, and more!
I went live on Instagram on August 11, 2022, and took questions. In this podcast, I am answering all of your most urgent questions about eczema like "should I try the no moisture treatment?" and "Is CBD good for eczema?".
In this episode, I teach you how to go from eating fast food to getting on an elimination diet to heal your eczema naturally.

Suffering from eczema, I sought relief from numerous treatments until I stumbled upon an article about red light therapy on https://uvtreat.com/red-light-therapy-eczema-treatment/. Skeptical yet desperate, I decided to give it a try. Regular sessions under the red light gradually alleviated my symptoms, soothing the inflammation and reducing itchiness. It was a game-changer, offering relief without the side effects of conventional treatments.
