In the I LEAD series, I’ll be spotlighting my past clients - inspirational SOULFUL CEO’s to share why they lead, the story behind their movement and their embodiment as the Soulful CEO. In today’s episode I sit down with Fini, founder of The Breath Way, who a few years ago was a past client and now friend. We have a real BTS chat into how the wellness world has evolved, when to honour your energy and have a digi detox and how to stay true to your essence, energy and how this embodiment is then felt and brings your individuality through your experiences. Fini helps people to use their breath to find more clarity, connection, peace and joy in their lives. The tools she has discovered helped her to transform her own wellbeing, both mental and physical, and now she’s inspired to share this knowledge so others can make positive changes in their life. We take things right back to the start of her story and she shares how she used to be disconnected, lost and emotionally up and down to waking up with the knowing it was time to change her environment. This took her to Bali (and we LOL at our eat, pray, love stories as I also flew to India) and opened up the world of wellness and introduced her to breathwork and the profound impact breathwork had to connect back to her true self and joy - she couldn’t ignore she was here to bring this powerful tool to others. She chats to her struggles with self-talk and gives us an intentional loving morning ritual to give yourself and your body the self-love and the shift with how this changes your self-belief and self-perception because its so true that “your perception shapes your reality” Bex share her experience of Fini’s breathwork and her energy that just radiates through her experiences and her embodiment that’s truly felt through the spaces she holds. In the I LEAD series, I’ll be spotlighting my past clients - inspirational SOULFUL CEO’s to share why they lead, the story behind their movement and their embodiment as the Soulful CEO. In today’s episode I sit down with Yoga and Wellness coach, Stacie; founder of Modern MAMA Society and past 1:1 mentorship client. We spoke about the loud noise online that says you need to “choose either yoga or health coaching” “you have to be one to niche” and how she stayed stuck a while moving between the two, but always trusting she was meant to blend these – and this is where our journey started together which was then the biggest permission slip to break free of those boxes and build an authentic brand instead. We dived into how Modern Mama was born, the vulnerability of first launching this and how she navigated embodying her Soulful CEO with the evolution of being the known “yoga teacher” to infusing mindfulness, health and wellness becoming the “Yoga and wellness coach” She shares a huge breakthrough of realising that she wasn’t here for everyone and instead, only her soul clients and when this landed, her marketing was effortless, flowed and she could just be herself showing up plus this gave her confidence to bring even more of her uniqueness into her programmes and retreats! We chat the behind the scenes of expanding her biz from in-person yoga classes to growing online through online programmes, online retreats and selling out 25- person retreats – in one week! Plus the importance of taking me-time, especially as a MAMA but how to navigate the guilt and reframe this as helping you show up as the best you – for yourself and your family.
