The Supreme Court has declared electoral bonds unconstitutional. Amendments were made in the Indian Representation of People Act, Income Tax Act, and Company Act to introduce this fraudulent system. The electoral bonds that have been issued in the last 15 days and have not been encashed, will have to be returned.
