Food guilt is so real. I struggled with this for years. Staying away from foods I loved because I was worried about how much weight I would gain, if it would ruin my progress, would people judge how much I was eating at the holiday party. It was a lot of wasted brain space that I could have put into what would I wear? What fun earrings would go with my outfit?! Don't waste another minute worrying about the holiday food guilt.
