Recently, there’s been a new education policy that’s sparked a lot of discussion. Last year, the Ministry of Education banned students below high school from using their phones in the classroom. In other words, if students bring their phones to school, the school has to collect and manage them. As soon as this policy was announced, it immediately stirred up all kinds of reactions from parents, teachers, and students. ✍️Join my Monthly Subscriber and keep learning with me! https://ko-fi.com/taiwanlanguageepisode/tiers ***📚 Browse the *Transcript **of this episode, or choose another one you’d like to read: https://taiwanlanguageepisode.com/shop/transcript/ 📢 For more information, please visit my website: https://taiwanlanguageepisode.com/ -- Hosting provided by SoundOn

In our last episode, we talked about why you shouldn’t log in on public computers or Wi-Fi — it’s super easy for hackers to get in! Today, I want to share why logging in this way is unsafe, and also tell you about my own experience.

In the last episode, we talked about passwords — a topic that seems small but is actually really important. I shared my own experiences with passwords from my student days until now, along with some tips on setting strong passwords and the benefits of two-factor authentication. Remember: don’t use your birthday or your pet’s name as a password, because those are the easiest clues for hackers to guess. So, besides passwords, where else might hackers find a way in? In today’s episode, we’re going to take the topic of passwords further and look at internet security. We’ll talk about some everyday habits that you might not pay much attention to, but that could easily expose your personal information. ✍️Join my Monthly Subscriber and keep learning with me! https://ko-fi.com/taiwanlanguageepisode/tiers 📚 Browse the Transcript of this episode, or choose another one you’d like to read: https://taiwanlanguageepisode.com/shop/transcript/ 📢 For more information, please visit my website: https://taiwanlanguageepisode.com/ -- Hosting provided by SoundOn
✍️Join my Monthly Subscriber and keep learning with me! https://ko-fi.com/taiwanlanguageepisode/tiers 📚 Browse the **Transcript **of this episode, or choose another one you’d like to read: https://taiwanlanguageepisode.com/shop/transcript/ 📢 For more information, please visit my website: https://taiwanlanguageepisode.com/ -- Hosting provided by SoundOn

If you live in Taiwan, you’ve probably had this experience before: you’re hanging your laundry out on the balcony, or walking down the street, and suddenly you hear a loud broadcast coming from somewhere not too far away. The voice is so strong and clear that it catches your attention, so you stop and listen carefully — just in case it’s something important. But then, after the announcement, some music starts playing… Hmm, maybe it wasn’t that serious after all. Still, you can’t help but wonder — what exactly were they saying? 📬 Read the Newsletter for More on This Episode! https://taiwanlanguageepisode.com/taiwans-prosperity-truck-more-than-just-a-mobile-truck/ ✍️Join my Monthly Subscriber and keep learning with me! https://ko-fi.com/taiwanlanguageepisode/tiers 📢 For more information, please visit my website: https://taiwanlanguageepisode.com/ -- Hosting provided by SoundOn

✍️Become a Study Guide Monthly Subscriber | 學習單連結頁面: https://tinyurl.com/yyupezpb 📢 For more information about me | 關於我, please visit my website: https://taiwanlanguageepisode.com/ -- Hosting provided by SoundOn
