On this episode, I weigh in on the recent string of people being exposed as scammers publicly. I've seen a pile of people just over the last week drag themselves and others through the mud based on their past decisions, coming to light. I'd like to extend a small piece of advice to you all...
You know right from wrong and when you pause right before making that decision, please remember that what happens in the dark eventually always be brought into the light. If you're willing to live in a glass house and be honest, transparent and ethical in all of your dealings, you will succeed slower, but you will build on top of a foundation that is stable till the end of time.

As human beings, generally speaking, we are pretty much lazy as shit. It takes a lot of effort to constantly fight the urge and push for the proper stimulus that you need for growth - but it's absolutely vital if you're serious about accomplishing things in whatever area of your life. I stumbled upon one of the more entertaining Internet, beefs involving the "science based " lifting community and the grizzled veterans that are just promoting common sense, lifting advice and actually talking about growing and have the results to back it up. It's definitely made me reflect back on how this concept has been playing out in my life, my business, my fitness journey, etc..
The funniest thing about this entire situation is that the people offering them advice the loudest and most confidently are the ones who quite literally have absolutely nothing to show for the results that they're promoting. Maybe tomorrow's episode is gonna touch on shutting the fuck up until you have actual results.
In every deal there's more than one component - Price... everyone seems to focus on Price and they tend to forget all the other pieces that are involved in every single deal that you make. Relationship capital, trust., guarantees, delivery methods, and timelines, etc all factor into whether or not they offer is attractive or not. People are not out here, solely focused on price despite your aggressive belief that that is the case. You probably have clients who are literally in business with you almost solely because they like you ( as strange as that may sound...).
I recommendation is to figure out how you can extract the hidden value and offer up more value in every deal that you make by beginning to actually recognize what is going on in the deal.
As a result of a meeting that I did the other day with my friend Darren Shaw, I decided to completely revamp my desk set up. This has gone in lockstep with a lot of the recent changes I've been making as well digitally to get things organized so that I can be more productive. Time to put an end to the rambling! Today was a flurry of activity - I hired a new subcontractor on the spot to help run ads for me as I scale. I made the decision to completely revamp my desk set up so that I could pump out content, faster, and stop having to hunch over it like an awkward turtle. I visited a client's new location and helped them untangle some spaghetti and did a little bit of untangling myself. kudos were had all around. Time to up the production value fam
Stereotypes are just patterns. some are true. some are false. some helpful. and some negative. Everyone recognizes them but you can act on them to change the trajectory of your life if you choose to.
today was a super busy day absolutely grinding things out and making things happen nailing down this new on boarding process while trying to also juggle current client load and website builds has me looking like I've got four arms. Shit is crazy over here, but we are making it happen and I'm excited to have contractors on board and everybody organized with orders in the water going in the same direction.

I expect this is going to get harder and harder as time goes on, but it's another great growing opportunity for Catalyst RVA marketing agency and me personally as well... so today I'm digging into some thoughts about hiring and what I'm looking for and why. In the process of scaling my agency, I know I'm going to need to add a few members to the party so to speak – and that means I have to get organized and gear up so that we can all work efficiently and not turn into a clownworld fuckin circus.

After hitting $20,000 in a single month and realizing that I had been coasting, it's time to walk in and start making some shit happen. Buckle up and enjoy the ride, hopefully, it helps – if it doesn't at least you can be entertained watching me crash and burn in the process amirght?

I left a cult several years ago and many of you are slowly indoctrinating yourselves into one right now as we speak. Social media is ravaging independent thought and critical thinking skills and driving you aggressively towards hating your neighbors and not the real problem.
