On the show, she talks with a wide variety of experts and inspirers- from doctors to therapists, artists to founders- to help all of us know and love our bodies more, and to discover more freedom, joy and power in our lives. Uplifting, inspiring, educational, poetic and wide ranging! We investigate how our inner beliefs and personal habits relate our material reality; at the places where technology and invention meet the human body and human institutions; at how our cosmology can help or hinder a culture in its evolution toward more love and justice.
