Description

Welcome to The Caim Circle Podcast with Jessa Frances!

THE WORD 'CAIM' (PRONOUNCED 'KYEM') IS A SCOTTISH GAELIC WORD THAT RESONATES DEEPLY WITH MY HEART FOR A MULTITUDE OF REASONS.

IT REPRESENTS PROTECTION AND IS A SYMBOL OF SANCTUARY.

WHEN THE INVISIBLE CAIM CIRCLE IS DRAWN AROUND THE BODY OR A SPACE, IT BRINGS FORTH THE FEELINGS OF BEING SAFE, PROTECTED, & UNCONDITIONALLY LOVED. IT IS WHAT I HOPE TO INVOKE & BRING FORTH INTO THE SPACES WHERE I TEACH, SHARE, & MENTOR OTHERS THROUGH THEIR AWAKENING & PERSONAL GROWTH.

A CAIM CIRCLES AROUND ME, & HAS MOVED WITH ME THROUGHOUT MY LIFE. IT REMINDS ME THAT I AM ALWAYS PROTECTED & THAT THE UNIVERSE IS ALWAYS WORKING FOR ME. WITH THAT, I KNOW THAT TO REACH MY GOALS, I MUST HAVE A CLEAR VISION & REMAIN DUTIFULLY SELF-AWARE.

Self-love isn't found in affirmations and bubble baths. Real self-love requires something most of us were never taught — the ability to sit in silence with ourselves, face our own minds, and stop running from what we find there. In this episode of The Caim Circle Podcast, shadow work coach and trauma-informed yogi Jessa Frances gets honest about what it actually means to do the inner work — including what happens when you think you've healed something and life brings you right back to it. If ...
What happens when everything you've prayed for starts showing up—and depression hits at the exact same time? In this raw and powerful episode, I'm pulling back the curtain on what's been happening behind the scenes: the opportunities flooding in, the memoir clients signing up, the events booking out—and the heavy resistance that showed up right alongside all of it. This is about the moment when you're standing at the edge of a paradigm shift and your nervous system wants to pull you back to s...
What if your body already had a map for healing? What if ancient wisdom could help you understand exactly where your fears, traumas, and limiting beliefs are stored — and how to release them? In this episode, I'm taking you on a journey through the seven main chakras, sharing how understanding this energy system became one of the most powerful tools in my self-awareness practice. This isn't abstract spiritual theory — it's practical shadow work. It's memoir. It's coming home to yourself, one ...

We dive deep into what it means to have truly clean, functional alternatives. We're talking ingredients. I just returned from one of the biggest longevity and biohacking conferences in the country. Five thousand doctors, scientists, researchers, and biohackers gathered to discuss extending healthspan through stem cell therapy, exosomes, cellular repair, and regenerative medicine. I was there serving adaptogenic cocktails featuring rhodiola rosea, schisandra berry, reishi mushroom, and damiana — functional beverages with scientific studies showing lifespan extension. The response was overwhelming...
Today I'm bringing content from my Substack to the podcast in a deeper, more intimate way — sharing not just what I wrote, but the stories behind the stories and the realizations I've had since. This episode is about a wake-up call: just because something is alcohol-free doesn't mean it's healthy. It started with my son's ADHD diagnosis, which turned me into an obsessive label reader. I cut out processed foods, artificial colors, preservatives — everything that could harm him or compromise hi...
What if going alcohol-free isn't enough? What if the beverages you're replacing alcohol with are still compromising your health? In this deeply personal episode, I'm sharing my origin story—how a TaskRabbit gig painting a wall became divine intervention that led me to become "the clean label specialist" in the alcohol-free beverage industry. I was freshly divorced, new to Charleston, working TaskRabbit to make ends meet, and had almost fully surrendered to not knowing what the hell I was doin...
Struggling with self-doubt? Feel lost in your identity as a mother? Can't figure out where your limiting beliefs came from? This episode is about how memoir writing became my most powerful shadow work tool for healing generational trauma and breaking free from inherited patterns. I was 22, fresh back from deployment in Iraq, when I had a moment that changed everything: I almost hit my colicky baby. That moment was the beginning of a journey into shadow work that would take me from a mother id...
The Surgeon General just confirmed what the alcohol-free movement has known for years: alcohol causes cancer, especially breast cancer in women. So why are wellness events, yoga studios, and healing retreats still serving it? In this episode, I'm sharing my experience hosting a Plant Magic Elixir Bar at the Eudemonia Health & Wellness Summit alongside Andrew Huberman, Mark Hyman, Rich Roll, and other wellness leaders. After five years in the alcohol-free beverage industry, I'm witnessing ...

In this deeply personal episode, I share my journey from being "swallowed whole" by my failures as a young mother to understanding that failure is actually a beautiful sign of expansion, growth, and devotion. More importantly, I explore how our own relationship with failure directly shapes the relationship our children will have with it for the rest of their lives. This isn't about becoming perfect. It's about becoming authentic. It's about giving ourselves—and our children—permission to be b...
Who were you before the world told you who to be? In this episode, I'm getting vulnerable about my own lifelong identity crisis — from the shame I carried around my own name to the limiting beliefs that kept me performing instead of living. If you've ever felt fragmented, lost, or like you're constantly asking "Am I doing this right?" — this one's for you. We're diving deep into: The three layers of identity crisis (fragmentation, performance, and disconnection)How we absorb beliefs that aren...
Hey hey friends — welcome back! In this episode, I’m talking about self-development, childhood conditioning, and the moment I realized that I didn’t need to “fix” myself — I needed to find myself. After 20+ years of chasing self-improvement, I discovered that the self-help industry had me focused on the wrong thing: improving a version of me that was never broken to begin with. The real work wasn’t about becoming better — it was about unearthing the truth buried beneath generational tra...

In today’s episode, Jessa dives deep into the sacred dynamics of the Divine Feminine and Divine Masculine — exploring why, if we are to heal the rift in our society and culture, the Divine Feminine must come together, rise in her power, and support the healing of the Divine Masculine — all while maintaining firm boundaries and holding sacred spaces for transformation. This healing, Jessa explains, requires courage, vulnerability, and self-awareness from both men and women. Jessa also introduc...
