She obtained a dual degree in Psychology and Philosophy from the University of Texas at Austin, later earning her Juris Doctorate from the University of San Diego Law School. After being diagnosed with Hodgkin’s Lymphoma, Rijon underwent fertility preservation treatments, and this life-changing experience introduced her to the field of fertility law and Assisted Reproductive Technology (ART).
