Description

Awakened heart is a gift to us, which may be a guideline for a meaningfull everyday life. In this podcast, we will address some essential questions and, above all, shed light on how we can live spirituality, awareness, mindfulness, whatever term is right for us, in a very practical way in everyday life, at any time and in any place. We reveal some secrets about certain mysteries and beliefs and clear up a few essential misunderstandings to rediscover the open secret of love, compassion and kindness. It is a reminder of our presence. Because it's not about how we can achieve this or that state, but how we can be in harmony with ourselves and with the nature around us.
Pari Laskaridis was born in Greece and grew up in Germany where he studied Psychology. His search for a deeper meaning in life led him at a young age to India and many ashrams. First he spent many years with Osho and later with Papaji in Lucknow. Pari is a master who is guiding many people to their one’s own heart. He is a Satsang teacher, musician, husband and father. He runs a seminar centre in Corfu and, together with his wife Satyaa, regularly provides retreats and concerts mainly in Greece and Germany, but also throughout Europe and worldwide.

The episodes are available in alternating order in English and German. The recordings are based on a series of conversations that took place in early 2024.

In this episode Pari sheds light on the old and long-lasting friendship with our expectations and how we objectify our consciousness. This will result that it stands between us and what we are. Yet, the question remains how to deal with it and all the projections on us but also on others. Here you can find out how even God himself can be in expectation mode.
Sometimes we are in love with our thoughts and sometimes we do not like which thoughts arise. We always want to transcend the mind, to quiet the mind or even to shut down all the thoughts and we can ask ourselves who decides over whom? The mind is innocent, but we as owner have forgotten our true identity. We are neither our thoughts nor are we the thinker. This episode is an invitation to welcome our mind, to use it and even make it sharper without falling into the trap of misidentification.
Being a human is not a clearcut definition as we are an experiment of existence to become conscious through us. But who tells us what is morally okay and not okay? There are 1000 ideas about it and that is the challenge of a true seeker to find your own way, to follow the intuition of your own heart, because we cannot find morality from the outside. Neither in a book nor in a religion. A powerful episode about the light within us, which is always available to guide our way.
Sometimes we assume that we must decide between our mind and belly. And as soon as we step out of this existential call, one steps into the trap of decision-making, but the question is who has created this trouble? The mind? We? That what must be decided? Or somebody else? This episode is an open invitation to be in tune with cosmic intelligence and to be in peace, even with the troublemaker.
We can think about the past, but can we also BE there if the moment has happened already? And we can think about the future, but can we BE there if the future has not yet arrived? What remains when we neither can be in the past or future? Pari explores the phenomenon of time and space by looking at our intellect and how everything happens simultaneously.
Which qualities can be helpful to welcome this gift of being present more and more in daily life? Some might expect some relevant qualities now, but to prevent this question from becoming a new seductive trap of postponement, it is important to emphasise that only one thing is crucial: Wanting to be free. Free from what? From its own wantings, expectations, projections and desires. Therefore, this is a highly individual endeavour. In this episode, Pari makes it unmistakably clear who we really have to take care of.
Let us assume that we want to have happy relationships, a nice car, a big house, wealth, health and everything we think that leads to fulfilment. At the same time, these are temporary phenomenon’s, which come and go, but wanting to be free is the highest wanting and what our heart is longing for. Nevertheless, to talk already about freedom or God is a paradox, because only God wants to be free. In this episode, Pari sheds light on the nature of our desires and beyond this he shares a deeper meaning of a Jiva Mukta, who allows God to be the only source of true identification.
The field of guiding others is vast and diverse. Providing Psychotherapy, offering healing sessions, offering coaching or teaching Yoga for example. But how do we know when are ready to guide others? A person can even program oneself with internal mind mantras, but the moment we step back and doubt, the answer to the question above will appear. This episode is for all listeners, who are providing guidance. Pari beautifully points out how honesty, the purity of the intention and rootedness in humanity are such essential factors for such professions.
What is happiness?

What is happiness?

2025-11-0115:26

A simple question, which cannot be really answered until we do not know who the questioner is. By answering this question with a definition, we provide only the ground to question the definition again as happiness is a natural state of being without running after the ideas what happiness is. Pari shares some valuable insights of the projections of the mind and reflected consciousness by shedding light on the question of happiness.
Are we just experiencing a climax of AI these days or will it also last? What is the value of artificial things? And what are the risks of these new technologies? How is the relation between conscious intelligence and artificial intelligence? And where is consciousness located? In this episode, Pari invites to look beyond artificial intelligence and explore a path how to deal with machines and technological developments.
We are living in special times and are experiencing climaxes on political, ecological, social and economical levels. But isn't the world we create just a reflection of our level of consciousness? That is why it is extremely important not only to pay attention to the outer world and its developments, but also to explore our inner world and really get to the essence of who we are We are still fighting for peace, and we are seeing the results. Trying to bring peace in the world is a way to suffer. The best what we can do for the world, is to bring peace in our own heart and this episode is enabling us even to love our enemies as a famous sage has once said very clearly.
Who hasn't experienced encounters or situations that had a life-changing impact? These coincidences also can raise the question of whether there is such a thing as free will or whether life is determined by fate after all. The point is that we never see the whole picture, but to see the red thread is already a good start.
There are coincidences, which have to happen and if two souls, like a disciple is meeting a master, are supposed to meet, they will meet. This is unavoidable as the only thing what is really happening in this existence is God’s Grace. This episode is a homage to trust the divine play.
This episode sheds light on the phenomenon that in recent years, indigenous traditions, ancient ways of life and cultures have received increased attention, which absolutely deserve their respect and acknowledgement. Regardless of their roots or in which corner of the world they are present, they contribute to how we can live as a society and that is one level. The Advaita level of understanding is always individual to find truth and absolute existence beyond any duality. Because who are we without our society?
The source of silence

The source of silence

2025-06-2114:25

Whenever we are with ourselves, there is a sensation of beginningness and endless silence. But we have not become accustomed to trust this silence, rather we have been forced to distrust as nothing is happening. We are not doing anything, we are not productive and in the worst case we are nobody. That’s why we tend to look through the lens of happiness by gaining achievements. First, we need this, then... and a never-ending game start. But fulfilment is already the case, that’s why we cannot achieve it. This episode with Pari is a beautiful invitation to trust this silence and explore this nothingness where everything arises.
The essence of God

The essence of God

2025-05-3110:28

A fundamental episode about God that gets to the heart of the matter and distinguishes facts from beliefs. God cannot be objectified, because God is the subject in each one of us. But as long as we give God this or that name, we create a separation. God is nothing but a concept and realized as the essence of ‘I-am-ness’ we transcend this conceptualisation of God. I am ness is beyond any religion, any belief system, philosophy or concept and everyone has the ability to live like this.
