Amanda is definitely not the asshole! I know this customer. Well. Not THAT exact customer, but the type and giving them your # is like feeding cats. Amanda did a very nice thing, and next time can maybe just set some . boundaries i.e. "This is also my personal # and I only answer customer requests during store hours unless I can find the time yada yada..." There are some customers who will act like y'all are friends but totally expect customer service all the time & feel quietly entitled.
