I'm Coach Greta Ross affectionately known as Coach G
I'm a Certified Life, NLP, CBT, Naturophatic Master Coach Practitioner

I've lost over 100 pounds transforming my life over 10 years ago and have been able to keep the weight off with No surgery, No dieting, No pills.

I was diagnosed with high blood pressure, high cholesterol, high A1c and diabetes, I had acid reflux so bad I couldn't lay down to sleep.

I eliminated all these chronic conditions by applying 6 simple principles that changed my health and quality of life.

I'm 66 years old and I'm not on ANY medication and workout 5 days a week!

For the past eight weeks on Thriving After 50: Mind Body Soul, I've been talking about habits and why they matter so much, especially in this season of life. Blood Vessels • Large vessels → increased risk of heart attack and stroke • Small vessels → damage to eyes, kidneys, and nerves 2. Heart & Circulatory System • High risk of heart disease • High blood pressure • Poor circulation, especially in legs and feet 3. Nerves (Neuropathy) • Pain, tingling, or numbness—usually in feet and hands • Digestive nerve damage → nausea, constipation, or diarrhea • Sexual dysfunction 4.
