It seems apt to share this on Valentine’s Day (2026) which has long been a chosen day to celebrate romantic love. Not that this is a day I am particularly interested in, rather this is because so many are focused on love and connection this day. I offered an exercise on a live call the evening before Valentine's Day 2026 to upgrade and uplift all relationships, not just romantic, to a higher level of light and love. Please know that the light this year is accelerating and this will possibly impact some of your relationships. In this exercise we invoke three circles. The largest one represents all your acquaintances, the people you have some form of connection to however slight. The next circle within the larger circle represents all the people you have a closer connection to. The third circle within the other two represents your intimate connections, romantic partner and/or children if relevant. This is a relatively new field of healing that few have explored that concerns the connection between the online world and the lower astral planes. (Since the digital space is growing exponentially I may need to revisit this work in the light of any new revelations).My first experience of being energetically attacked through the online world was around 18 years ago. One of my social media accounts got taken down and a spiritual group I was running at the time was taken over by someone I can only describe as having an opportunistic low vibe personality. I was running a retreat away from home at the time and I felt something was off though I had no idea at the time the source of the issue. This experience and others have revealed how certain spaces within cyberspace is directly connected to the astral planes. The other challenge is that data collected in the online world can be used to create astral and energetic interference. In the Norse myths there is a legend of war between the Aesir and Vanir pantheon of Gods/Goddesses. The Vanir pantheon are strongly associated with fertility, nature, and certain types of magic. The Vanir features powerful female figures, most notably Freyja, Goddess of love, beauty, and magic. Many interpret this legend as representing a cultural shift where an older, and more matriarchal agricultural society that worshipped fertility gods was displaced and to some extent absorbed into a more war-like patriarchal society. The Golden Age of Atlantis was made possible because of a large number of high frequency souls beings incarnate there. Similarly, the end times of Atlantis, the destruction and the aftermath, was only made possible due to a significant influx of lower frequency souls.There was a great polarisation in the end times of Atlantis between those souls with a spiritual focus and those with a strongly materialistic focus. This polarisation eventually led to the materialistic soul taking over the society of Atlantis. There were those posing as the light, infiltrating institutions aligned with the light. After a long period of enlightenment in Atlantis many were not able to recognise the danger until it was too late. As various institutions became infiltrated, many aligned with the light were neutralised or betrayed to the dark.Eventually, the dark was able to come out more fully into the open once its power base felt more secure. The ancient religion of Atlantis, the Law of One, was banished in its true form. There began rules of oppression, extensive control, dangerous experimentation with various technologies.
