all these rituals are done in the Catholic church. so communion in the Catholic Church is one a week tho. you also have to be baptized and have had to have done your first communion ceremony. and we are taught that it DOES turn into the body and blood of Jesus as well. literally. I could never believe that, although we were supposed to. maundy (foot washing) is done during holy week, I think holy thursday. only the priests, deacons and some others do it on the altar. I don't practice any of this
