Description

Taking Back Motherhood means something slightly different for each of us, but for me it means slowing down, and finding joy and gratitude in all the highs and the lows that come with this journey called motherhood.  In this podcast you will hear from women from all walks of life who each share their own expertise and wisdom on topics like parenting, holistic health and wellness, gardening, and home making.

I hope as a community of like-minded women we can share insight and experiences, and help each other to find the courage to follow our own maternal instincts.

Lex shares her own personal story of Taking Back Motherhood. We talk about her faith journey and becoming a Christian, her shift from career woman to full time mom, homemaker, and homesteader. We also talk about respectful parenting and breaking generational patterns and traumas. I hope this conversation provides inspiration and encouragement to see that it doesn't matter where you're starting from or what type of upbringing you had, you can take the steps to becoming the woman and mother that God is calling you to be! Kiera Lea is an Australian quantum health expert and wellness coach. In this episode we talk about circadian health and how our light environment affects all other aspects of our health. We talk about nutrition as well and the importance of eating seasonally, but even the way our body digests food and absorbs nutrients can be affected by our light environment. The overall takeaway is the more we can immerse ourselves in our natural environment, the better we will feel. I've always admired her courage to try new things and take on new challenges, and I'm excited to share a bit of her story - Both in navigating through motherhood as well as starting a farm with no prior experience!
