Another frustrating away defeat and performance. 😞At least you’ve got this podcast to cheer you up with eh? Haha! Well it certainly cheered me up doing it anyway. Seriously, I talk all sorts in this one from my train experience, to Junior Baggies, to Slaven Bilic oh and the QPR review of course. I don’t know how I get onto these conversations, but it’s all good fun!
We’ve only waited since 1992 for this sweet revenge. On that occasion, we were 2-0 up with 15 minutes to go only to lose 3-2! But, this time it was our turn to produce an emphatic comeback! Sadly I didn’t make it, but still give my brief review on the bits I saw and explain why I missed it! 😞I’m gutted I did and if it would have been my choice - believe me I would have been there! On another note, of course I’m delighted! Boing Boing!💙🤍
Just like Leicester at home, we blew the chance of getting 3 points. Again sitting too deep and inviting pressure onto us when we did not need to! That was my mini take of it anyway.Blues were there for the taking, but we didn’t finish them off, and were once again made to pay for it and rightly so!At least we didn’t lose but the wife will be happier that’s for sure. Enjoy nevertheless!
From 2-0 up and coasting to yet another away defeat. I had two words for this episode to explain it for me which you will hear if you listen, plus my mini Coventry review. The wife also has her say on that crucial meeting between us in midweek. Those that listen regularly will know exactly what I mean!😬 The face tells you everything of how I’m feeling right now!

It was great to talk to Mark’s brother Steve on all things Albion! We talk Steve’s memories of Mark, reminisce over certain Baggies memories and chew the fat on bit of the here and now. Enjoy!
The nodding dog of Churchill “Oh Yes” “You cor beat an Albion win can ya our kid.” A great quote from my uncle today after the game.Me and dad preview and review Oxford plus play a game of Albion trumps with mom.Hear the goals as they happened, the ups and downs of supporting our beloved club.Enjoy this bumper episode.Boing Boing!
Déjà vu! Well it certainly feels like it doesn’t it?Norwich City, Bristol City and now Charlton all in the space of a few months. There are probably others, but this seems to be a constant theme of conceding late goals and losing. We can never seem to do it at the other end or look like we could can we?There were positives, but is it too late?. Hear my brief thoughts after our fantastic away support yet again had to suffer another loss on the road.
Well where do we start? Another hard watch at the Hawthorns after a poor goalless draw with bottom of the table. Big thanks to Rich Sant for coming on the pod - definitely the highlight of the podcast and day! Big apologies for the mic this week. Tried a new mic. Don’t think I’ll be using it again lol. you can still hear though but the quality dips in and out. Enjoy - nevertheless. Roll on Charlton! 😬

After an impressive start, our first away defeat of the season arrives at the Riverside, but at least our new Norwegian striker is finally off the mark in the league! Hear my review and player ratings plus the usual personal chatter including one midweek game up that neck of the woods which was also not a memorable one.Still - UTA!
A wonderful day celebrating 125 years of being at the Hawthorns, sadly it wasn’t a wonderful result, but you can’t have everything can you! This week’s episode includes:Thank you messages and responses.Dad’s favourite Hawthorns moment. Sticking West Brom in a live audio commentary. An attempted sing song and applause for Russell Hoult.Earnie somersaultsPlus more! Enjoy!
This week our beloved Hawthorns celebrated its 125th anniversary and so I thought why not share a memory or two from my time visiting the place I or many Baggies fans call our ‘football’ home. I also touch on the Transfer window and explain something I have never ever done in my life. Surely I’m alone in this one?As always feel to drop any messages to me on X @NostalgicBaggie, or any of your listening devices or even by email to: tuwbfp@hotmail.comEnjoy! 💙🤍

Wow what a good solid performance that was. 1-0 doesn’t tell the true story. To go there and win like that against a team that had a 100% league record before today deserves credit! 👏Hear my thoughts on beating the Stokies as my mom said in a text tonight 😂, player ratings, transfer reviews and more.Boing Boing! 😃💙🤍
