It’s called “7 Inches” and it’s a banger.📊 This week’s poll: Do people still care about what happens on Bravo (like the Real Housewives) or 🥣 Karyn’s Recipe Corner: Lazy French Onion SoupSo you want French onion soup and you want it now. Well, do I have a recipe for you! First, slice a yellow onion. Next, melt some butter in a pot (not a pan!), and add the onion. Cook until the onion is caramelized, and then deglaze the pot with some dry sherry. Add some fresh or dried thyme leaves, and then a bunch of beef broth. Bring to a boil, and then lower the heat and cover the pot. Simmer for 20 minutes or so, and voilà! Put the soup into a bowl and top with Gruyère or Swiss cheese.
