Traditional diets focus on sacrifice and cutting out all of your favourite foods. There is another way. You can include all foods in a healthy diet and lifestyle. You can eat cake and lose weight. Compromise, moderation, mindset, and acceptance play a huge part in quitting yoyo dieting, losing weight, and importantly keeping it off long-term.
