In 2013, a health crisis with his father forced him to confront the emotional pain from his childhood that he buried deep within himself. Along his journey he realize that his "Nice Guy" patterns was a main contributor to his struggles in his life and marriage. Through therapy, coaching and relentless inner work, he transformed those patterns and became more present, grounded, and confident. Creating a stronger connection with his wife and kids.
