This week, Pastor Pablo begins a new series: “Above All: Walking in the Victory of Jesus.” Together, we’ll explore what Jesus has accomplished for us so we can live in His peace, walk in freedom, and stand firm in victory. Jesus came to set humanity free from the power of Satan. He doesn’t want you living under lies, fear, or shame. He wants you to walk in the freedom of knowing your true identity in Him. So here’s the question: Are you walking in peace and freedom… or in fear and shame?
Throughout history, there has been a battle royale between the forces of light and the powers of darkness. Jesus’ coming to establish His Kingdom was and always will be a threat to Satan’s kingdom, and its worldly influences. We are daily faced with the choice of where to place our allegiance. Join us as Jeff Dieselberg continues the series, "Spiritual Lessons from our Walk with God" with Part 6: Rival Wars - Rival Kingdoms. Jesus fought the battle and won when He came to establish His Kingdom. Rival kingdoms’ strongholds can be demolished because Jesus is great, He is the Son of the Most High, He is on the throne, He reigns forever, and His Kingdom will never end. And as we align with Jesus’ Heavenly Kingdom and authority, we can live truly victorious lives.
Are you satisfied with your home life? Who is the center of your home? Join us as we reflect on God's plan for families and celebrate them through Family Dedication. Pastor Pablo will share a message called “The Two Pillars of a Healthy Family.” Discover the two biblical foundations God designed to strengthen and protect your home life.God wants to be the center of your home life. When you build your home with His guidance, your home will flourish for generations.
Are you trusting in yourself or in the LORD? In our natural human nature, we tend to lean on our own abilities and strength – the “flesh” – but this leads to a parched, unproductive, and spiritually fruitless existence. We welcome you to join us as we continue the sermon series “Spiritual Lessons from Our Walk with God”. We are blessed by a guest speaker, Dr. Craig H. who will offer a message on how to prepare spiritually for abundant life through troubled times. Troubled times are inevitable, but we can spiritually prepare ourselves for those times by trusting in the LORD. When we trust, we are like well-planted trees by streams of water that bear fruit because their roots are spread out and refreshed by life-giving water. If we do this, our leaves will remain green through times of trouble, and we will continue to bear fruit despite our circumstances.
Have you ever faced a crisis of faith? Join us for Part 4 of Spiritual Lessons from Our Walk with God. Pastor Pablo will continue sharing his journey of dealing with crises of faith, with application on how we can overcome doubt by holding tightly to God’s truth. The Bible is truth for life. As we follow God, we can trust His Word. Its message is trustworthy and its foundation is reliable. Are you walking in God’s truth today?
Do you trust God’s Word enough to build your life on it? This week Pastor Pablo continues our series Spiritual Lessons from Our Walk with God (Part 3). The Bible is more than information; it’s revelation. God speaks so we can know Him and walk in truth. Is God’s truth shaping your beliefs and guiding your decisions?
In a world still marked by suffering, how do we live with resurrection hope? Join us as we continue our series, "Spiritual Lessons from Our Walk with God", and explore how God forms this hope in us and through us.Because Jesus lives, hope is not something we wish for but something that we are born into.
Scott Hayden is kicking off a new sermon series called, “Spiritual Lessons from our Walk with God” with Part 1: to Judge or Not to Judge? “Judgement” might as well be a bad word in this day and age, but the matter is not if we judge, but how we judge. Firstly, we must always remember that “the standard [we] use in judging is the standard by which [we] will be judged.” (Matthew 7:2) so we must judge righteously. In the Sermon on the Mount, Jesus gave clear guidance on judgement - what is the right kind, and what is the wrong. Healthy judging is formative: self-assessment, and coaching: building others up in love while always considering oneself. Are you engaged in healthy judging?
Have you lost perspective? Are you walking with purpose or just wandering?Join us this last Sunday of 2025 as Pastor Pablo concludes our Advent series with a message titled “The Returning King.” We’ll reflect on the hope ahead and rediscover how a clear vision of the future brings meaning and direction to our lives today.Jesus will return to bring the lasting peace promised in the Scriptures. The joy of Christmas is genuine, gigantic, transformational and given to all people of all nations. It is an enduring Joy that transcends our circumstances. We invite you to our third Advent Sunday Service led by Scott Hayden who will unpack for us the words of the angel, "I have good news of great joy that shall be for all people." To truly rejoice, rehearse your reasons for joy and reflect on God's unfailing love.
Is true peace eluding you? Are stress, inner turmoil and anxiety robbing you of peace? Are you struggling with conflict? For our second Advent Sunday, ECB has the privilege of welcoming Dr. Nelson Estrada to offer a message called “The Peace of God”. We will learn of the promised peace the Messiah brings to the world, and how we can avail ourselves of it.God’s peace is not a blanket guarantee for all humanity, but rather a profound gift offered to “people of goodwill”. The peace of Christmas originates from the Prince of Peace – God with us, Who graciously gives it to those who welcome God’s message, trust in His promises, and open their hearts to His love.
Where do you turn when life feels uncertain? This week, Pastor Pablo will launch the Advent Season with a sermon series on the theme, “Peace on Earth." Discover the two masters competing for your heart. When God is our Master, we seek His Kingdom first and trust Him with our future. Money becomes a tool, not the goal. And as we practice generosity, God frees our hearts from fear and control. A simple question remains: Who is your Master?
The human heart often pursues the good life in ways that distort even our closest relationships. But is there another way? Join us as we look to Jesus to resurrect our relationships from the inside out.Jesus doesn’t just repair relationships; He resurrects them. As we look to Him for a new way of life and surrender to His Spirit, our relationships become windows through which the world can see Jesus in all of life.
Does your faith matter in your workplace? This week we kick off a brand-new sermon series, exploring practical aspects of ECB’s vision: “Jesus in All of Life”. We have the privilege of hearing from Pastor Andrew Gardener from the Vine Church in Hong Kong who will delve into how urgent it is for our faith to be public in this time of history. Pastor Andrew will address this by unpacking Jesus’ timeless call for his disciples to be salt and light in the world. Come and receive a fresh call for the Gospel to take hold in your sphere of influence. As Christians our faith truly matters in all areas of life.
