Fix It to Grow It

Running a business is hard! 

There's so much to do, keep track of, and prepare for - it's a lot for anyone. While there's no silver bullet for a successful business, there are plenty of things you can do to maintain, manage, improve, and grow your company that are probably simpler than you think. 

My name is Dave, and I've been managing different companies and businesses for decades and I see a lot of similarities across regions, industries, and even human behaviors, and one of the biggest things I've realized is that providing a new perspective on a problem, strategy, or interaction can open so many doors to better results. 

Fix It to Grow It is how I'll share these insights, along with the wisdom of my various guests.  We'll discuss the practices and methods of business operations, sales strategy, communication, and more, and do it all with a big focus on the human aspects - how we think and feel about these topics, and how we engage with our teams to help them grow and succeed.
