Jason interviews Dr. Nyan Patel about 26 years of research on peptides and glutathione, which Patel describes as a “worker bee” peptide that does work rather than signaling. Patel explains why oral, liposomal, and even IV glutathione fail to reliably reach cells, and how he developed a topical, polysaccharide-based delivery method that transfers cell-to-cell and uses mucosal routes, with skin as the most practical. They discuss glutathione decline starting around ages 30–35, lifestyle and environmental depleters (alcohol, smoke, pollutants, detergents), and Patel’s view that boosting levels can improve health span. The conversation transitions to Patel’s new skincare products, including GHK copper tripeptide, vitamin C “citrine,” and simplified serums/creams designed for absorption, plus practical advice on hydration and sleep.00:00 Peptides Then and Now00:47 Glutathione and Skincare Tease02:22 Premium Packaging and Glass04:27 Why Delivery and Absorption Matter06:08 Peptides vs Worker Bees12:19 Cracking Topical Glutathione15:05 Why Oral and IV Fall Short19:08 Polysaccharide Transport Breakthrough22:08 Pandemic Wake Up Call25:16 Glutathione Decline With Age35:38 Aging Skin and Copper Peptides37:29 What Is GHK Copper37:49 Plasma to GHK Copper38:48 Dirty Plasma Aging40:42 Creating Copper Peptide41:54 Award and Skin Scan47:28 Simple Skincare System49:01 Serums and Creams52:15 Glutathione Dosing54:20 Retinol vs DMAE57:06 Water and Sleep Basics59:55 Hair and Gray Claims01:02:33 Wrap Up and Disclaimer
Unlocking Optimal Health: The Rebel Health JourneyJohn Goldman (also known online as Jack Murphy) is an entrepreneur and health-optimization advocate best known as the founder of Rebel Health Alliance (RHA), a membership-based personalized health and wellness company that aims to offer integrated, customized medical guidance beyond typical primary care. Goldman’s journey into health advocacy began from his own frustrations with conventional healthcare. Despite regular checkups and following standard medical advice, he experienced persistent fatigue, brain fog, and declining well-being. After consulting with a friend in the health-optimization space and dramatically improving his own health through access to elite medical resources, he became determined to democratize that kind of care. This led him to launch Rebel Health Alliance, with the stated goal of breaking down barriers between traditional healthcare and tailored, patient-focused preventative and optimization medicine. Under his leadership, RHA promotes coordinated care through an interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including physicians, dietitians, genetic counselors, and wellness coaches. The approach integrates advanced diagnostics, personalized planning, and lifestyle guidance, aiming to help members optimize health outcomes rather than just treat illness. Outside of RHA, John Goldman is known for his presence across social and professional platforms where he discusses health innovation and lifestyle transformation. His background includes experience in content creation and brand building, though specifics outside of RHA are primarily tied to his entrepreneurial efforts. In this episode of The Healthy CEO, Jason sits down with John to discuss his personal health transformation and the genesis of Rebel Health. They delve into the importance of comprehensive health assessments, the impact of lifestyle changes, and how Rebel Health offers world-class, full-spectrum health services to optimize wellness. Her mission is to help individuals and leaders align their lives with their core values and achieve profound personal transformation.Surrendering is a choice that took years of work of shedding layers of heartbreak and trauma that kept me in a deep darkness and pain. It took many years of aching, yearning, and praying for a change. I pretended I was okay, and lied to myself often because I honestly didn’t know how deeply trauma and codependency was interwoven into the fabric of my life. During my darkest point, of my worst heartbreak – I was introduced to yoga and began a deep discovery of myself. I found the practice to be truly life changing. Since starting yoga, I’ve healed codependency of people, and alcohol, overcame anxiety, depression & panic attacks. I also worked with a life coach to help me remove my limiting beliefs and repair my low self worth that kept me stuck in a cycle of toxic people and self hatred of my body and myself. Over time, I was able to heal emotional and physical trauma in my body through the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda, and I healed spiritually through the path of surrendering to my Creator’s love and forgiveness. This was the only way to fill the giant hole in my soul – a path of surrender is truly how all my suffering came to an end. I’ve rediscovered my inherent worth, and have forgiven those who have hurt me the most – including myself. Today I am a Certified Yoga Teacher, Ayurvedic practitioner, a Life coach and I lead transformational retreats and am incredibly passionate about helping my students heal their mind, body & soul. I believe all suffering is a choice, and every human deserves to experience love at the highest level, free of pain. I invite you to begin your journey of discovering you today by beginning in one of my Yoga classes, Master Classes, Coaching, Workshops or retreat. You are worthy of healing and deserve the deepest level of love.
