This podcast explores gendered violence in the workplace, helping to educate employers and workers on how to prevent and respond to work-related gendered violence. It also looks to empower workers, including vulnerable groups such as LGBTQIA+ people to know their rights to a safe and respectful workplace, and how to report gendered violence. The WorkSafe Victoria’s Work-Related Gendered Violence Podcast is hosted by Rachel Morrison with special guest Mario Briffa, who is the General Counsel and Executive Director of Legal and Governance at WorkSafe Victoria.
