It’s important not to get hung up on people’s particular ideas about different characters: more important, if we are to evolve, is to listen to the essence of what extraordinary people like Jeff have to say.As this chat started, I was pleasantly surprised to find that, in some ways, myself and Jeff have run parallel lives in terms of our awakenings. I had my first session with the Dolphin on Monday, and my heartbeat has been about 30% lower since then!
