SASQUATCH THEORY

On this episode of Sasquatch Theory, Kyle shares a chilling series of encounters that took place in the remote forests of Texas County, Missouri, just south of Houston. During the winter of 2020, Kyle was living deep in the woods while trying to stay under the radar from his past. While hunting and exploring the Ozarks he began noticing strange activity in the area. Wildlife suddenly disappeared, eerie silence filled the forest, and mysterious tree structures began appearing around his camp. Things escalated when Kyle woke up one morning to find his camper knocked off its blocks and his four-wheeler placed on top of his chicken coop. Soon after, he caught a glimpse of a massive figure watching him from the woods. The activity continued with foul odors, strange feelings of fear, terrified animals, and what Kyle describes as telepathic communication coming from the forest. Not long after these events he left Missouri and moved to Washington State, where his new friends shared their own Bigfoot experiences. Kyle believes the forests of the Ozarks are home to something far beyond what most people understand. On this episode of Sasquatch Theory, I interview Jamie from Ontario, Canada, who shares a series of strange encounters that began after he moved onto a First Nation reserve near the 49th Parallel. Jamie admits he was skeptical about cryptids and paranormal activity when he first arrived in the area. But after spending time in the remote forests and hearing stories from local elders and residents, he began noticing strange things that could not easily be explained. While fishing with his son at a remote pond, Jamie discovered a large human-like footprint in the mud. A month later, while berry picking in the same area, he found trees pushed over across the trail. At first he believed it could be bears, but over time, he began noticing saplings snapped, large rocks moved, and unusual tree structures that didn’t appear to be caused by natural forces. While cutting logs near a Powwow site, Jamie heard wood knocks echoing through the forest, and locals told him the land was haunted and that Sasquatch may travel using trees as portals. On this episode of Sasquatch Theory, I interview Ray from North Carolina about a terrifying experience he had deep in the woods near his home. One night while outside near the forest, Ray began hearing loud and aggressive vocalizations coming from the trees only about thirty feet away from him. Something large was moving through the vegetation and violently shaking trees back and forth. The sounds quickly escalated into what Ray describes as a brutal struggle that sounded like something killing a deer in the darkness. The thick vegetation prevented him from seeing what was responsible, but the power and intensity of the sounds left him shaken. After retreating to his home to grab a firearm, Ray returned to the area to investigate. What he found was disturbing. A deer was lying dead in the woods with broken legs and strange bite marks on its body. The deer was already stiff, and the scene raised many questions about what kind of creature could have caused such damage. Was this the work of a known predator… or something far more mysterious roaming the forests of North Carolina? On this episode of Sasquatch Theory, I speak with Sherry and Danny about a series of strange encounters that took place while living in a remote area of the California redwood forests. One night Danny walked outside to his boathouse and suddenly heard a terrifying scream followed by several loud whoops echoing through the trees. The sound was so powerful that neighbors nearby heard it as well. Moments later the mysterious creature ran behind their house while continuing to vocalize. The strange activity didn’t stop there. One neighbor discovered that every single pear had been picked clean from her pear tree overnight. Danny later witnessed something even stranger under a full moon — what appeared to be basketball-sized rocks flying through the air and crashing into the river from the hillside behind his home. Sherry and Danny believe these creatures travel along waterways and follow big game through the forests. Their encounters continued even while traveling across the country. While camping in Shepard State Park in Mississippi, they heard rocks hitting around their camper and strange owl-like sounds in the darkness. When Danny turned the lights on, the activity immediately stopped. In this episode of Sasquatch Theory, I speak with John, a lifelong outdoorsman who grew up around the Santa Cruz Mountains and Monterey Bay area in California. John’s father was a Fish and Game officer and Apache, which meant John spent much of his childhood exploring the forests, rivers, and mountains of Northern California. Over the years he began experiencing strange and unexplained events deep in the redwood forests. John describes multiple encounters that left him questioning what might be living in those mountains. One night while parked in the forest with his girlfriend, something violently shook their car back and forth. John never saw what caused it, but the experience felt like something straight out of a horror movie. During another trip he discovered a massive teepee-style structure built from large trees in the redwood forest. Later that night he heard a chilling vocalization echo through the mountains that sounded very similar to the famous Ohio Bigfoot calls. In 1997 while exploring the Mount Madonna area with a friend, John witnessed something massive standing on a ridge above them. The creature was extremely tall with broad shoulders and began grunting while swaying side to side. The encounter frightened John enough that he yelled at the creature and threw a beer bottle in its direction before leaving the area. A year later while camping with his children, John and his son saw a large creature cross the road in front of them. After the sighting John returned the next day and found tracks and signs showing something had moved through the bushes toward a nearby creek. Years later John moved to Minnesota where he continues researching the Sasquatch phenomenon and has collected over 15 Bigfoot reports in the Spring Valley area. He has also experienced additional strange activity in Minnesota including growls, shadowy figures, rock throwing, wood knocks, and reports of tall creatures seen by local witnesses. In this episode of Sasquatch Theory, I sit down with Randy from Canada, an artist who shares deeply personal and extraordinary encounters involving Sasquatch, Ogopogo, and other mysterious water-dwelling cryptids. Randy расскаunts how his Christian mentor witnessed a massive nine-foot Sasquatch standing near a river — an experience so shocking they were left unable to speak for nearly 20 minutes. In this episode of Sasquatch Theory, I speak with Jordan from Massachusetts, who shares a chilling series of encounters that began as a simple fishing trip and escalated into years of unexplained activity. What started with small rocks being thrown near a boat in the early morning hours quickly turned into coordinated rock attacks, strange vocal mimicry, and something large moving silently through the forest. Jordan and his friends experienced these events across multiple ponds, miles apart, and even years later, suggesting a pattern rather than a single incident. As the encounters progressed, the activity became more aggressive and more intelligent. Rocks landing inside boats. Objects striking vehicles. Creatures following them up roads. In this episode of Sasquatch Theory, I’m joined by Mike, a West Coast hunter and military veteran who now lives in Colorado. Mike shares a series of encounters that unfolded over years in the remote Rawah Wilderness, an area known for its vast terrain, heavy game populations, and near-total isolation. What began as simple camping and scouting trips with his son quickly turned unsettling. They discovered discarded clothing far from any trail, a backpack wedged more than 40 feet up in a tree, and later heard a prolonged, blood-curdling scream that echoed through the valley—followed by a deeper, guttural vocalization that caused coyotes to erupt in panic. During a later trip, Mike and his son encountered a powerful odor near a dead calf whose jaw and tongue had been torn out. The following morning, both of them witnessed a massive, seven-foot-tall figure walking calmly into the tree line. The creature had long arms, a conical head, NO visible neck, and a face with minimal hair, moving with speed and purpose. Over the years, Mike returned to the area repeatedly. He describes wood knocks, rock clacking, branch breaking around camp, unusual nest-like structures, and successful gifting experiments where food and toys would disappear. Julie began experiencing unexplained disturbances on her land — strange sounds, intense vocalizations, and an overwhelming feeling of being watched. Frank is a veteran truck driver who has spent his life on the road, logging millions of miles across the United States. After purchasing a secluded cabin property deep in the Daniel Boone National Forest in Kentucky, he never imagined the land itself would come alive. Lonnie is a retired mason from northeastern Arizona whose encounters occurred near Greens Peak and the White River—an area known for dense forest, abundant elk and bear, and extreme isolation. Lonnie’s first experience happened while fishing near a waterfall with his 8-year-old nephew. Without warning, his nephew began yelling to leave, claiming there were people—possibly Indians—hiding in the bushes and yelling at him. Lonnie initially believed it could have been Apache locals or a game warden. Later, when asked what he actually saw, his nephew revealed something far more disturbing: two large “apes” poking their heads out of the brush, watching them. From there, the activity escalated. Lonnie later discovered a mutilated beaver deep in the forest—his first major red flag. On another fishing trip to the same waterfall, Lonnie felt an overwhelming sensation of being watched. While scanning the area for a mountain lion, he noticed an aspen tree pushed down across the creek—something he believes was done deliberately to force him out of the area. During another incident, Lonnie encountered a wolf while working outdoors. As the animal watched him, Lonnie felt that same intense presence again and heard a strange vocalization—rapid, clicking sounds he describes as samurai chatter. The activity didn’t stop there. While working with coworkers, Lonnie noticed food going missing—an incident that made no logical sense. Later, while cutting wood in hidden meadows near Greens Peak, Lonnie and his friends heard a clear message in their minds: “LEAVE.” Every person present heard the same thing. On multiple occasions, different people in the same area suddenly experienced intense physical distress, describing symptoms that felt like an oncoming heart attack. Each time, the moment they left the area, the symptoms vanished. Eventually, Lonnie began finding tree structures—what he describes as glyphs—along with repeated wood knocks that sounded like someone striking a tree with a baseball bat. In this episode of Sasquatch Theory, I sit down with Jesse from Hillsborough, Illinois, who shares a series of disturbing encounters that began around 2012 near Springfield, Illinois and continued throughout his life. Jesse recounts a night fishing with a friend when they heard a loud, unnatural vocalization coming from the woods — something far deeper and more powerful than any known animal. Moments later, the forest erupted with movement. Whatever was there moved fast, heavy, and with purpose. When Jesse shined his light into the darkness, he saw massive glowing eyes staring directly back at him. The creature began moving uphill, snapping branches both low to the ground and high above — nearly 8 feet in the air — demonstrating immense size and strength. As it moved through water, it made a distinct “whooshing” sound, unlike anything Jesse had ever heard. The encounter escalated into intelligent interaction. Heavy wood knocks echoed back whenever Jesse or his friend moved. At one point, a rock was thrown with force and struck Jesse, confirming the presence was not merely observing. Jesse believes there were at least three creatures working together, tracking movement and responding deliberately. In another encounter, he describes seeing a creature with a conical-shaped head, reinforcing his belief that these beings were Sasquatch. One of the most terrifying moments occurred while Jesse was sleeping outdoors — when something grabbed him by the leg and pulled him, using long, thin fingers. In this episode of Sasquatch Theory, I interview Doug from Vancouver, Canada, who shares multiple powerful Sasquatch encounters that took place on Vancouver Island — one of the most active Bigfoot regions in North America. Around 2010 in late spring, Doug and his nephew Nathan were traveling across Vancouver Island to work on a mural project. While driving near a dry creek bed, Doug felt a sudden overwhelming sensation and noticed what he first believed was a man standing near the roadside. As they passed, both Doug and Nathan realized they were looking at a massive Sasquatch. The creature stood nearly nine feet tall, had no visible neck, extremely thick arms and legs, and dark, dense hair. It stood watching them as they drove by. Because of highway barriers, they were unable to turn around — leaving the encounter burned into their memory. Doug later describes another experience near Gold River where he discovered massive footprints, strange teepee-style structures, and witnessed another large creature sitting on a rock near the riverbank — an image he describes as similar to something straight out of Harry and the Hendersons. On this episode of Sasquatch Theory, I interview Caine from Pennsylvania, who shares a series of intense Bigfoot encounters spanning multiple states and environments. Caine’s first encounter occurred during Army training near Fort Knox, Kentucky in June of 2021. While sleeping in a patrol base formation, he awoke to heavy bipedal footsteps entering the camp, followed by repeated whooping vocalizations and strange clicking sounds similar to primate behavior. The presence moved directly through the center of the platoon and produced a powerful final whoop that Caine says vibrated his chest. He also describes a fast but clear daylight sighting in Colorado’s Gunnison National Forest near Crested Butte, where he witnessed a massive jet-black figure standing in a creek near a salmon hatchery.
