JK’s 50 Hyrox Tips ​Run the roxzone ​Don’t go out too hot ​The only time pace doesn't matter is at the wall balls ​Eat your carbs​The race doesn’t start until after the rower  ​Lean forward on your lunges​Run your own race, not anyone else’s  ​Have a race plan ​Your recovery is just as important as your training ​Sleep should be number one ​Train your compound movements - squats, deadlifts and bench press ​Focus on what’s in front of you, not what’s next ​Break up the station in your mind​There is always one more rep when it comes to the wall balls  ​Don’t get caught up in fast vs slow courses ​No one cares about your specific station time but you​The data you get from your Hyrox race is gold.
