Welcome to March! In today's mini episode, I vent about how being healed and grounded can narrow down your dating prospects to near zero! Exciting? Maybe? I explain how I can quickly see through most people, and trusting myself means no one is passing the initial dating tests. I speak on casual dating and my current perspective on dating. Enjoy!
Hello! Welcome to the first episode of 2026! In this episode, I talk about how I rewired my brain to see acts of bravery as my new normal. A lot of my life has been composed of constantly taking leaps of faith, and this, although challenging, has been extremely useful in shaping my life into a fulfilling one. I'm a firm believer that life does not have to be hard or painful. The mark of true resilience is in shifting negatives into positives. We've been conditioned to believe that struggle is necessary, but all that is truly needed for human beings to be happy is to refine our belief system and the way we function automatically. Bravery is not necessary when we act from a place of joy because at that point, there is nothing to be brave about!
For the last episode of the year, I sit down with my first-ever guest, Z33R0! Z33R0 has been my friend since 2021 when I first moved to LA and we have been through so many crazy fun times! In this episode, we dive into his projects, dating and partying in the US vs Europe, kink shaming, and keeping strict standards in love. Plus, the questions you’ve been waiting for: Is painting the trade acceptable? Who truly deserves a deuched hole?
I believe at my very core that triggers are actually invitations to heal. In this episode, I talk about how On the Spot was born from my own VERY messy moments. Inspired by therapy and EMDR I created a method that helped emotionally regulate me on the spot as I felt overwhelming surges of emotion. My Trigger Work Journal includes this 8-step guide I created to help turn emotional spirals into clarity, compassion, and calm. I hope this finds you at the right time, and I'm wishing you the best on your healing journey.    00:00 - Intro 5:03 - Inspiration behind OTS 18:34 - Conclusion
In this episode of Cuntfessionals, I open up about my journey with bipolar disorder — from the day I was diagnosed, to the criteria I “met,” to the years of trial and error with treatments, mindsets, and healing. I share the things that absolutely did not work for me, the breakthroughs that did, and why I now believe I am truly cured. I also dive into my skepticism around the diagnosis itself, the power of belief, and how shifting my perspective completely changed the way I experienced myself and my mental health. ⚠️ Disclaimer: I am not a medical professional. In this episode, I break down what it takes to achieve self-love through practical and easily applicable steps. I walk you through the exact things that helped me start showing up for myself in a real, deep way: building awareness, connecting with the tough emotions and beliefs, tuning into the body, gently shifting into new, empowering beliefs, and more. I also share pieces of my journey and how this process has truly changed my life. I know healing isn't a pretty process, and we can use all the help we can get in the journey. In this mini I talk about the overlooked struggles of being a conventionally attractive woman—not to compare pain, but to highlight a specific kind. From being seen as a commodity to facing constant judgment and objectification—these issues aren't about beauty itself, but they're all actually rooted in misogyny. I reflect on public figures like Britney Spears and Amanda Bynes, and how the pressure to perform beauty has driven some to reject it altogether. I also stress the importance of protecting yourself and dive into my own experiences as well. Enjoy!   00:00 - Intro 2:30 - Beauty is Currency 9:09 - Careful What You Wish For 15:37 - Jealousy  17:39 - Weird Behavior 21:09 - No Comparisons 23:25 - Conclusion
Lust is a Disease

Lust is a Disease

This episode was supposed to be a mini, but it definitely wasn't! This month, I unpack the truth behind lust, and how it’s typically deeper than just being horny. I explore how lust is often a symptom of unhealed trauma, repressed emotions, and a desperate hunger for connection and validation. From the different ways men and women experience and express it, to the way it masks as empowerment or desire but often stems from wounds. I also talk about how lust almost always inevitably results in using people and ascribing to misogyny. What are your thoughts?   00:00 - Intro 7:55 - Cheap Validation 23:58 - Objectification 36:15 - It's not about you 41:14 - Conclusion

I share my personal experience and some things I've learned from therapy. I'll discuss why children’s raw authenticity is beautiful and deeply uncomfortable for many adults. We’ll also talk about how children are the most oppressed and marginalized group in the world, why reconnecting with your inner child is crucial for dismantling self-hatred, and how advocating for children starts with healing yourself. In this episode, I’m getting real about aging as a woman. Patriarchal society has told women that aging is a curse and something to dread, and that beauty has an expiration date. But that is simply not the truth. In this mini, I share my thoughts on why holding positive perspectives on aging isn’t just healthier, it’s actually more realistic. I reflect on my 20s, how aging has been a blessing, and why beauty doesn’t have to fade as quickly as society makes us think. Time is precious, and there's nothing to fear, but only things to look forward to.    00:00 - Intro 3:55 - Societal Expectations 10:47 - Perspective 14:36 - The Value of Youth 19:55 - Conclusion

I also share my take on the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show this year! Enjoy!
Overextending yourself for others can be a tricky thing. Is it always altruism born from empathy? Or is it something else rooted in the complete opposite? This episode is not just about venereal disease. In this mini, I discuss the pros and cons of current hookup culture. I also talk about how casual hookups usually don't benefit women, the ways that hookup culture looks different in gay communities, and why I believe social conditioning plays a more significant role in this than nature.    Sidenote - I mention a research paper in this EP. I wasn't sure how accurate it was while I was filming, but I found the source and here it is: Emergence of a Peaceful Culture in Wild Baboons https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC387823/
