In this episode, we’re talking about what it really means to lock in for twelve months — not from a grind or hustle place, but from a place of peace, clarity, and self-trust. This isn’t about doing more. It’s about choosing less noise, fewer distractions, and deeper alignment. I share why committing to yourself for a full year can be one of the most loving things you ever do — when you stop rushing, stop second-guessing, and let consistency be gentle instead of heavy. We’re unpacking: Why focus doesn’t have to feel stressful How slow commitment creates real change What it looks like to stay devoted to yourself without burnout And how soft life energy still requires intention If you’ve been feeling pulled in too many directions, tired of starting over, or craving a season where you actually feel present in your own life — this episode is for you. Press play, get comfortable, and let this be your reminder that ease and discipline can exist together. ✨ Stream From Survival Mode to Soft Life on YouTube, Apple Podcasts, or Spotify.
Before you can love anyone else, you gotta love yourself first. In this episode of From Survival Mode to Soft Life, we’re talkin’ about filling your own cup, recognizing your worth, and loving in the overflow instead of the empty. We ask the hard question: Who do you love? Are you for sure? —because real love starts with you, queen. If you’ve been giving your energy to everyone else but yourself, it’s time to pause, reflect, and step into that self-love first. Tune in on Spotify, Apple Podcasts, or YouTube, and let’s vibe, heal, and learn to love ourselves so fully we can love everyone else without losing a piece of us.
When the womb is blocked, it can quietly block your bliss. In this episode, we talk about how stress, survival mode, unspoken emotions, and constantly pouring out can settle in the womb and slowly block your bliss — disconnecting you from pleasure, softness, and joy. You may not even notice it at first… you just feel tired, numb, or like ease is always just out of reach. This is an invitation to return to your Divine Feminine. To slow down. To feel again. To let your womb exhale. Womb wellness isn’t about fixing yourself — it’s about remembering your natural rhythm, your intuition, your softness, your power. When you come back home to your body, bliss isn’t something you chase… it’s something you allow. If you’ve been carrying too much, this space is for you. Let’s soften what’s been holding on and open the door back to bliss.
Let's have some honest girl chat about menopause, the symptoms, and how you can feel like yourself again on the other side of 30- naturally without taking another prescription, or having another procedure.
In this episode, I’m just being real about how spending so much of my life trying to be the “good girl” and keep the peace slowly pulled me away from myself. I talk about where that people-pleasing showed up, how it started to feel heavy, and what it’s been like to finally loosen my grip on who I thought I had to be. This is one of those honest, heart-to-heart conversations about choosing yourself, trusting your inner voice, and letting life feel like yours again. And if this conversation resonates, Flow Feminine Wellness is there for you when you’re ready — it goes deeper into this journey of self-trust, healing, and learning how to move through your seasons with more ease and alignment.
In today’s episode, I’m sharing what it really feels like to walk through a chaotic season and still trust that everything I asked the Creator for is already on its way to me. Sometimes life isn’t falling apart — it’s just being rearranged. Pieces get shuffled, people get moved, doors close, and the path looks nothing like what we imagined… but it’s still leading exactly where we prayed to be. I talk about what it means to keep showing up with love, grace, and forgiveness while you’re in the middle of the storm. Not after it passes. Not when things make sense. But right here, right now, when everything is loud and messy and stretching you in ways you didn’t ask for. This episode is for anyone who’s navigating a hard chapter but refuses to let it harden their heart. Anyone who knows that divine timing is real. Anyone who understands that the Creator doesn’t deny — the Creator prepares. Tune in, breathe with me, and let’s walk this part of the journey together… still moving forward, still trusting, still choosing love.
This week, I’m opening up with a real-life divorce update — not from a place of pain, but from peace. I’ve learned that sometimes Spirit won’t show you the full picture, because you’re meant to trust your way through it. This episode is about surrendering control, releasing timelines, and remembering that faith lives in the in-between — those quiet moments where you can’t see what’s next but you still keep going. If you’ve ever tried to hold it all together when life felt uncertain, this one’s for you. I’m sharing what it really looks like to let go, to listen, and to flow with Spirit instead of fighting against what’s unfolding. ✨ Listen in for a reminder that you don’t have to control everything — you just have to trust that what’s meant for you will meet you right on time.
For a long time, I thought being a good mom meant giving all of me away — my time, my energy, my joy, my identity. I traded “me” for “mama” and wore the exhaustion like a badge of honor. But somewhere in the chaos, I realized that I wasn’t fully living — I was surviving. In this episode, I open up about how I lost myself in motherhood, especially as a Black woman raised to carry it all, do it all, and still smile through it. I talk about the moment I remembered that before I was anyone’s mama, I was me — a woman with dreams, desires, and a spirit that deserves pleasure, peace, and play. This is for every Black mom who’s ever felt guilty for wanting more than motherhood — for wanting herself back. You don’t have to choose. You can nurture your children and still nourish your soul. You’re a woman first, and that truth is powerful. ✨ Listen now to reclaim your joy, your softness, and your womanhood. 🎧 Grab your tea, your peace, and come flow with me.
You ever look back at a version of yourself and realize she was holding her breath every single day just to make it look like she was “good”? Yeah… that was me. I filed for divorce. And not because I failed — but because I finally decided to live. For so long I was performing happy. Smiling on the outside while drowning on the inside… convincing myself that being “strong” meant staying silent, staying put, staying small. Whew. The way peace hits different when you stop forcing a life that’s suffocating you. In this episode, I’m opening up about choosing myself. About letting go of perfection, freeing myself from a life that wasn’t aligned, and stepping into the most authentic, rested, joyful version of me. And I’m sharing it not for gossip, not for attention — but because I know another woman is listening right now feeling trapped in a story she never actually chose. If you need a sign that it’s okay to prioritize your peace… baby, this is it. You can rebuild. You can rewrite the narrative. You can choose you — without shame, without performing strength, and without explaining yourself to anyone. Let’s talk about what liberation really feels like on the other side. And if you’re on your own healing journey — whether you’re a mama, in a transition, or learning how to stand in your truth again — I got you. My book Flow Feminine Wellness is filled with guidance, recipes, herbs, and rituals to nourish you from the inside out. You can also shop my teas, creams, and supplements, or work with me as your digital doula if you’re reclaiming your womanhood and your life. Because we don’t just survive seasons like this — we rise softer, stronger, and more aligned than ever.
In today’s episode, I’m opening my heart in a way I never have before. For years, I carried the silent weight of my three abortions — tucking the pain behind motherhood, routines, and a strong-on-the-outside face. I thought if I ignored it, if I stayed busy enough, I could outrun the memories, the grief, the guilt. But our bodies… our wombs… they remember everything we don’t want to say out loud. One day I finally sat down with my womb, with my ancestors, with God…and I told the truth. I let myself feel it. I cried. I forgave myself. And y’all — that forgiveness cracked something wide open. Through womb meditations, breathwork, grounding prayers, and gentle yoni steaming, I started releasing layers of shame and grief I didn’t even realize I was still carrying. What I found underneath wasn’t pain… it was peace, softness, and a deep joy I didn’t know was possible. This episode is for every Black woman who has ever held secret pain in her womb space — abortions, miscarriages, birth trauma, fibroids, loss, shame, silence. We deserve healing. We deserve compassion. We deserve to feel whole again… without judgment, without stigma, without apology. Come sit with me. Breathe with me. And let’s remember: forgiveness is freedom. If today’s conversation touched your spirit, honor that. And if you’re ready to deepen your healing journey, my book Flow Feminine Wellness and my teas and rituals for womb harmony are here for you. Sis… let me tell you how I was minding my business in Walmart, grabbing diapers and almond milk like every tired mama does — and then I saw this lil’ lingerie set on sale. Cute. Lacy. Real “I still got it” energy. 👀 Something in my spirit said, “Girl, put it in the cart.” And when I got home and tried it on? Babyyyy… I surprised myself. I looked in the mirror and instead of criticizing, sucking in, or wishing for my pre-baby waist — I smiled. I felt cute. I felt soft. I felt like a woman again, not just somebody’s mama running around in leggings and top knots. This episode is for every Black mama who has been rebuilding herself piece by piece — body, confidence, energy, identity. For the ones doing squats during nap time, drinking their chlorophyll and seamoss, relearning softness, loving bellies that stretched to carry life, and thighs that spread to birth legacy. We’re not “bouncing back.” We’re becoming again — slower, wiser, softer, thicker in all the blessed ways. And if a $12 Walmart lingerie set is the moment that reminds you you’re still that girl? Then so be it. ✨ Tap in — let’s talk body love, postpartum glow-ups, and finding yourself again in motherhood. Because we deserve to feel cute, sexy, sacred, and seen — even in the Walmart dressing aisle of life.
Sometimes, we all need that one song that reminds us who we are. For me lately, it’s “Girl You Got It” by King George — and whew, it’s been my anthem. In this episode, I’m talking about how I’ve been using that song to fuel myself as a mom, a woman, and a divine feminine being who’s remembering her own power. Because I do have it. And so do you. That inner strength, that feminine energy, that sacred power that helps us push through when life gets heavy — that’s the “it.” So let’s talk about how to tap back into it, honor it, and let it carry us forward when we forget who we are. ✨ Tune in for a dose of motivation, divine feminine energy, and mama realness. 💫 Don’t forget to grab my book Flow Feminine Wellness and explore my teas, creams, and digital doula services at flowfemininewellness.com

Sometimes, the very thing that feels the hardest is the thing that’s healing you. In this episode, I’m talking about how purpose — not money, not titles, not validation — is what truly fuels your joy. When you’re walking in what you’re called to do, it’s not always pretty. It gets messy, chaotic, and uncomfortable at times. But that’s where the magic is. That’s where the refining happens. We’ll dive into what it means to keep showing up for your purpose, even when life feels heavy, even when the path doesn’t make sense. Because joy isn’t found in ease — it’s found in alignment. This is your reminder that the work you’re doing is sacred. It’s shaping you, healing you, and teaching you to trust that every season, even the chaotic ones, are leading you deeper into who you’re meant to be. ✨ Listen now and let this be your encouragement to keep going — your purpose still has medicine in it for you. oday’s episode is all about mom guilt and giving yourself grace. Ralphie ran out of pull-ups, I panicked, and one diaper meltdown later, Spirit reminded me that motherhood isn’t about perfection — it’s about presence. I share how I learned to stop comparing, silence the opinions, and release the guilt around where my child “should” be. Because potty training, milestones, all of it — it’s not a race. It’s a rhythm. If you’ve been hard on yourself lately, this episode is your reminder: you’re a good mom. Period. ✨ Listen now and let the guilt go. 💖 Grab my book Flow Feminine Wellness, shop my teas + creams, or book me as your Digital Doula at FlowFeminineWellness.com. In this episode of Flow Feminine Wellness, I’m getting real about the emotional and spiritual weight I was carrying in my womb — the guilt, fear, resentment, and people-pleasing that had quietly taken root inside of me until my body started to speak. It started as a faint ache I couldn’t quite explain. I thought maybe it was something I ate or a new ingredient in my usual groceries, but deep down I knew it was something more. When I finally got still enough to listen, Spirit showed me the truth: my womb felt heavy because I was carrying people, places, and things that didn’t belong to me. In this episode, I share how I realized that my womb pain wasn’t just physical — it was emotional and spiritual. I talk about how we, as women, trap unspoken feelings in our wombs. Guilt, fear, resentment, heartbreak — all those emotions that go unhealed can turn into womb imbalance. The same way food can cause fibroids and painful cycles, so can our unprocessed emotions. The difference is, the spiritual and emotional are even more powerful — they just don’t want us to know that. I’ll also share how I released that energy through stillness, joy, and a good old-fashioned “womb detox” — and how I started living my life freely again. Because once I stopped people-pleasing and started honoring myself, my spirit — and my body — began to heal. So if you’ve been feeling heavy, disconnected, or like your womb has been trying to tell you something… this episode is for you. Let’s heal, release, and get back to our joy together. ✨ Listen now and let it go. 💖 Grab your copy of Flow Feminine Wellness and explore my teas and creams created to support your womb and your divine feminine healing at FlowFeminineWellness.com.
Postpartum depression isn’t something we talk about enough, and for a long time I kept my own struggle bottled up. In this episode of Flow Feminine Wellness Podcast, I’m opening up about what it really felt like to be stuck in “mommy mode” after having Ralphie — tired, overwhelmed, insecure, and wondering if this was all my life would be. I’ll share how I leaned on meditation, my altar, and ancestral guidance to start reclaiming myself. From working out, cooking with love, creating content, and setting boundaries, to simply fighting for my peace every single day — this is my story of breaking through. The other day, I was talking with a client who told me her periods were so heavy she had to plan her whole life around them. She thought it was just “normal” for Black women to bleed like that. But let me tell you—what’s common isn’t always natural, and in this episode I’m breaking it all the way down. We’re talking about why cycles get so heavy, how food and hormones are often the hidden culprits, and the natural ways to bring your womb back into balance. If you’ve ever felt like your period was running your life, this conversation will give you hope, healing, and real solutions. ✨ Don’t just listen—live the healing.
