Aging is a part of every life, for both men and women. For women part of aging includes menopause. In today's episode, we discuss the role that exercise can play in reducing the severity of the symptoms and the type of exercise a woman should include in her training program.
We want to eat healthier, so we try. Often though, we overcomplicate the process. Choosing to eat healthier is the right choice, don't let the process get in your way. Make it simple!
Sarcopenia is the natural aging process we all will experience. None of us can escape the reality that we will naturally lose muscle mass, mobility, and functionality as we age. There is no medication or fountain of youth we can rely on. If we don't address this with movement and resistance training sarcopenia can rob years from our lives. We can slow this process down. We explain how all of us can live well into our 90s and higher with vitality.
