Description
The Dining Room Chairs Event. Jen drove from Canada to California in late December 2022 to attend an event she found in an Improv group on Facebook. Either the event is happening, will happen, or was a bit. Jen doesn't know! But she is sitting at the location, waiting, reviewing the event that may or may not be in progress. Learn what she's thinking about, and what she does, while we all anticipate these fabled dining room chairs to appear.
Scripted reviews, the rest is improvised.

Jen arrives at the Dining Room Chairs Event in California only to find an empty room, no event, and no chairs.
Jen meets the Egg McMuffin people and gets a serious case of FOMO. There are still no chairs.
Jen listens to her neighbours, a wall clock, and tries to figure out how to get home after selling her car to Phil.
Jen, still in the room, gets tacos delivered and contemplates why she's still in this room. And about finding your people.
Jen meets Bob and wonders about how to make friends as an adult if she's gonna be stuck in this small unit for awhile.
Neighbours move furniture around, and Jen remembers her first dog Dude.
Jen starts making a mauve wig, and remembers the time she was given a cut that was inherently wig-like.
Jen has been sitting a lot, and tries to order something on DoorDash to help with a problem. But the messages got messed up, and Jen recognizes being misunderstood (and wordy) as a pattern in her life.
Jen wonders if no one can find her because she's only speaking to the algorithm of an expired Facebook event, and then has a minor... existential crisis of some sort? But at least she has four tomato shots.
Bettina roves by with a cittern, and Jen ponders brain stuff in a particularly roving manner.
