Do you struggle with mommy guilt as you try to manage everyone else’s expectations while ignoring your own?

I’m so excited you’re here.  Let's get you organized.

This podcast is going to motivate you to create structure and balance at home. It will help you be more intentionally efficient so you can have more time and energy to be a mom without any guilt or anxiety overtaking your life. It will encourage you to improve communication with your significant other so you don’t have to keep doing things alone.

Hi I’m Jess, a wife and stay at home mom to 3 girls. For 10 years I unintentionally teetered on the verge of burnout in motherhood. I had developed some bad habits of wasting time, having no plan, letting the kids run the show, struggling alone in silence and then blowing up on my spouse. I finally realized that if I was going to find more balance in my day, be more present with my kids, and have better communication with my spouse, it was up to me to deliberately make those changes. So I created a plan to restack and replace these routines that were keeping me stuck. A simple strategy that helped me gain back more time, stamina and best of all hope. And I can’t wait to share it with you.

If you are finally ready to learn more about stacking essential habits for SAHM’s by learning quick and simple techniques that help give you more efficiency in your day; if you’re ready to feel more prepared and less frustrated with your spouse, give you more head space, energy and time to re-align with the woman that came before the mother... Then this podcast is for you!

It’s time to turn up those ear pods, shake up your fizz and let’s get stacking.

URGENT: The workshop was rescheduled due to an ice storm and power outages in Nashville Registration still open for The Weekly Reset Workshop, - Feb 10, 2026 Hey momma, do you ever feel stressed just thinking about money? Do you ever wish you could feel more confident and involved in what’s happening financially in your home instead of avoiding it? In this episode, we’re talking about how habit stacking can organize your money goals instead of letting finances live as a constant source of stress. I share my personal journey from running my own business to becoming a stay-at-home mom and how that shift changed the way money felt in our home. We talk about why so many moms look for side gigs or flexible income options, why money becomes emotional when options feel limited, and how fear of judgment can make it even harder to take action. I walk you through the four key components of a finance stack and explain why anchoring these habits into your week is just as important as planning your time.  Ultimately, I’m challenging you to stop letting money float around in your head and start giving it a place inside your week. Whether your goal is saving, paying down debt, or building income through a side hustle or business, your money needs a system just like your schedule does.  Let’s partner together because momming is not easy, but it’s way harder when you keep trying to do it alone. URGENT: The workshop was rescheduled due to an ice storm and power outages in Nashville Registration still open for The Weekly Reset Workshop, - Feb 10, 2026 Hey momma, do you ever feel busy all day but still go to bed feeling like nothing is actually finished? Do you feel like your brain is holding a hundred little tasks at once and you can’t shut it off? In this episode, I’m talking about habit stacking in the way it actually matters to us moms. As a system that organizes your day and clears mental clutter. I share a personal story about how scattered lists and random reminders kept me feeling frustrated and overwhelmed, and how habit stacking helped me turn random effort into intentional routines. You’ll learn why stacking works, how it organizes by outcome instead of panic, and how turning tasks into patterns helps your brain stop carrying everything at once. Ultimately, I’m challenging you to look at one part of your day that feels chaotic and ask yourself how you could turn it into a simple sequence instead of a running list. You don’t need to do more, you just need a better way to organize what you’re already doing. URGENT: The workshop was rescheduled due to an ice storm and power outages in Nashville Registration still open for The Weekly Reset Workshop, - Feb 10, 2026 Hey momma, have you ever had a week fall apart even though you did everything “right”? Have you ever felt like one unexpected disruption erased all the effort you put into planning and routines? In this episode, I’m sharing what happened when a historic ice storm here in Nashville forced me to reschedule the Weekly Reset Workshop and completely pivot our family’s plans. I walk you through what that experience revealed about control, expectations, and why motherhood constantly asks us to adjust instead of just push harder. We talk about why pivoting isn’t failure, how prioritizing looks different when life shifts, and what it really means to respond instead of react when routines break. Ultimately, I’m challenging you to look at where life has disrupted your routines and ask yourself what actually fits in this season instead of trying to force an old plan to work. I want you to practice pivoting with intention this week by choosing one or two true priorities and letting go of what no longer belongs.  Let’s partner together because momming is not easy, but it’s way harder when you keep trying to do it alone. I know you’re ready to put those babies to bed. It’s time to pop in your ear pods, shake up your fizz, and let’s get stacking. Do you ever feel like you’re constantly restarting your health goals every Monday? And have you noticed that no matter how motivated you feel, your plan always seems to fall apart once real life shows up? In today’s episode, we’re talking about why most health plans don’t actually fail because of food, they fail because they aren’t built into your routines. I walk you through the three health habits that make meal planning sustainable, not perfect. We talk about decision fatigue, why health habits disappear when they aren’t anchored to something stable, and how building in backup options is the key to consistency.  Ultimately, I’m challenging you to stop trying to be perfect and start building a plan you can actually practice. Not a plan that only works when life is calm but one that works when things are messy, busy, and unpredictable. And if you want help building that plan, I’d love to have you join me inside my Weekly Reset Workshop on January 27th. Do you ever set goals with the best intentions, only to feel frustrated a few weeks later when nothing seems to stick? Have you ever wondered why you keep starting over, even though you really want this year to be different? In this episode, I’m breaking down why goals so often fall apart and what actually makes habits sustainable in real life. We talk about why motivation isn’t the problem, how your brain responds to familiarity and repetition, and why big goals need to be translated into small, repeatable actions inside your week.  Ultimately, I’m challenging you to stop asking what you need to fix and start asking what you’re willing to practice. Choose one small habit that supports a goal you care about and give yourself permission to repeat it long enough for it to feel familiar. That’s how consistency is built and that’s how real change happens. Let’s partner together because momming is not easy, but it’s way harder when you keep trying to do it alone. Have you ever felt like your days shouldn’t feel this hard, yet everything still feels overwhelming? Do you ever wonder why the smallest questions or interruptions hit you so much harder than they should? In this episode, we’re talking about why so many moms feel out of control even when nothing is technically “wrong,” and how that pressure usually has less to do with emotions and more to do with decision fatigue. I walk you through what control actually means in motherhood and why trying to solve everything in real time is what’s draining your energy the fastest.  Ultimately, I’m challenging you to stop trying to manage everything in the moment and instead choose one area of your week where you’ll decide ahead of time what matters. Pay attention to where you’re making the same decisions over and over again and ask yourself what could be planned once, repeated through habit, or supported by a simple routine.  Let’s partner together because momming is not easy, but it’s way harder when you keep trying to do it alone. Hey momma, Do your days feel full but still somehow unorganized? In this episode, we’re breaking down what it actually means to get organized using routines and habit stacks and why most moms struggle not because they’re inconsistent, but because their routines aren’t being supported by the week they’re living in. I explain the difference between habits and routines, where routines truly live inside your day, and how habit stacking works to make your existing routines more efficient instead of adding more to your plate.  Ultimately, I’m challenging you to stop blaming yourself when a routine stops working and start evaluating it inside the context of your week. Instead of burning everything down and starting over, you’ll learn how to recognize when a routine just needs support, simplification, or adjustment. This is exactly the kind of work we’ll be doing together inside the Weekly Reset Workshop. Let’s partner together because momming is not easy, but it’s way harder when you keep trying to do it alone. Hey momma, Are you feeling the pressure to eat better, move more, and “get it all together” now that January is here? Have you ever noticed how quickly those goals start to feel heavy when there’s no real plan holding them up? In this episode, we’re talking about why January matters so much and why health, energy, and consistency don’t fall apart because of a lack of motivation, but because there’s no weekly structure supporting them. I’m sharing a very personal story about a season of motherhood where I was doing everything “right” on paper, yet still running on fumes, showing up, pushing harder, and surviving instead of actually feeling healthy. We walk through how habits get stuck in survival mode, why goals live in our heads instead of our schedules, and how learning to intentionally reset and recalibrate the week became the turning point that changed everything for me.  Ultimately, I’m challenging you to stop treating your goals like wishful thinking and start supporting them with a plan you can actually return to each week. Instead of beating yourself up when something doesn’t work, I want you to learn how to pause, adjust, and keep moving forward by joining me in The Weekly Reset Workshop, where I’ll teach you the exact one-hour reset I use as my weekly checkpoint. The habit that helps me protect my energy, stay aligned with my goals, and design a week that supports real life. Hey mama, Are you stepping into the New Year full of goals but quietly wondering if this year will really be different? Have you ever set intentions in January only to feel frustrated a few weeks later when life pulls you right back into the same routines? In today’s episode, we’re breaking down why New Year goals so often fall apart and it has nothing to do with motivation or discipline. I’m sharing why annual goals mean nothing without habits, routines, and patterns that actually support them. We’ll talk about how your brain runs on autopilot, why overwhelm creates mental noise, and how default patterns quietly shape your days whether you’re aware of them or not. Ultimately, I’m challenging you to stop blaming yourself for goals that haven’t worked in the past and start building the habits and routines that make those goals possible. Because change doesn’t happen once a year, it happens in the patterns you repeat every day and every week. When your routines support what matters most, goals stop feeling heavy and start feeling doable. Let’s partner together because momming is not easy, but it’s way harder when you keep trying to do it alone. Hey mama, How did Christmas really go? Did you feel like you were holding it all together for weeks, only to crash into the aftermath feeling overwhelmed, behind, and unsure where to even start resetting? Have you ever noticed how quickly we move from holiday chaos straight into “next thing” mode without ever stopping to regain our footing? In this episode, we’re talking about why the goal after Christmas isn’t snapping back into perfect routines but finding your footing again. I walk you through why chaos makes us zoom into the day instead of zooming out to the week, and why that instinct actually keeps us stuck. We’ll talk about how patterns, not bad days, are what quietly run your life, and why trying to fix mornings, evenings, or motivation without setting up the week first never works.  Ultimately, I’m challenging you to stop trying to fix your days in isolation and start looking at the patterns shaping your week. Because when you zoom out first, clarity follows and routines finally have something solid to stand on. You don’t need to overhaul everything after Christmas. You just need a reset rhythm that helps you get back on your feet. Let’s partner together because momming is not easy, but it’s way harder when you keep trying to do it alone. Hey Momma, Have you ever gone to declutter your home and found yourself completely stuck, overwhelmed, or emotionally exhausted before you even really started? Have you ever wondered why organizing feels so much harder than it should? In today’s episode, I’m sitting down with Tracy Hoth, host of The Organized Coach Podcast, for a powerful and timely conversation about the emotional side of clutter. We talk about why getting organized isn’t actually about knowing how to do it and instead, why it’s so often about what comes up emotionally when we try. Tracey walks us through the questions she asks her clients to uncover what’s really standing in the way, how to choose a starting point that actually matters, and why clutter feels so overwhelming when our things don’t have a home.  Ultimately, I’m challenging you to stop asking yourself why you can’t get organized and instead get curious about what’s holding you back. Hey Momma, Are you feeling like the holidays are supposed to be joyful, but somehow they still feel heavy? Have you ever noticed that it’s not the season itself that overwhelms you, but the lack of structure underneath it? In today’s episode, we’re talking about what simple structure actually looks like at home during the holidays. Because routines don’t disappear just because it’s Christmas week, they simply need to soften. I’m walking you through the four core routines I help moms anchor their days with so that even when schedules are loose, expectations shift, and chaos sneaks in, your day still has a backbone.  Ultimately, I’m challenging you to stop trying to hold everything together perfectly and instead identify the few tasks that truly need to stay. When you protect the core, you give yourself permission to loosen the rest and that’s how you enjoy the holidays without burning out. Hey mama… how are you really feeling halfway through December? And has anybody actually stopped to ask you that? In this episode, we’re talking about the part of motherhood nobody prepares you for during the holidays, the invisible weight you carry that nobody else sees. The mental load. The emotional labor. The constant remembering, planning, tracking, and anticipating that keeps your home running even when you’re exhausted. I’m walking you through why moms don’t burn out from a busy schedule, they burn out from unmanaged emotional and mental overload. You’ll hear how energy leaks through emotional labor, decision fatigue, unfinished loops, overstimulation, people-pleasing, and environmental chaos… and why trying to “push through” never works for long.  Ultimately, I’m challenging you to stop blaming yourself for being tired and start paying attention to what’s really draining you. You’re not failing, you’re overloaded. And before you stack a single habit, build a routine, or set one goal for the new year… you have to reset your energy first. Because when you understand where your energy is leaking, you finally know what needs to change instead of trying to fix everything at once. Hey mama, Have you ever felt clear about what you want… but totally unclear on how to make it happen? Do you ever roll into a new season with big intentions but no real structure to support them? In today’s episode, we’re talking about why clarity alone isn’t enough to create change and why so many moms walk into January full of hope but still stuck in the same routines. We’re unpacking what it really looks like to move your goals out of your head and into your week, how planning changes when your life is full of kids and chaos, and why “just trying harder” isn't a strategy that actually works.  Ultimately, I'm challenging you to stop waiting for a perfect moment to start planning and instead begin designing a week that actually supports what you want in this next season. Hey Momma, are you feeling that quiet pull like something in your life is shifting even though nothing looks “wrong” on the outside? Don’t you wish you could enter the New Year with more clarity instead of carrying the same heaviness into another season? In this episode, we talk about what it really means to pause in the middle of December and listen to what your heart’s been trying to tell you all along. This season naturally invites reflection, and for moms in transition — no longer in survival mode but not quite sure what’s next.  That reflection can feel confusing, emotional, and a little uncomfortable. We dive into why this feeling isn’t a problem to fix, but a signal to pay attention.  Ultimately, I'm challenging you to stop waiting until January first to start thinking about the life you actually want to build and instead begin paying attention to what feels heavy, what feels forced, and what you’ve quietly outgrown. I want you to gently realign your routines inside this season, not with pressure, but with purpose and allow yourself to imagine what this next chapter could look like without guilt or rushing. Do you ever come out of a holiday week feeling like you can’t quite get your feet back under you? Does it feel like no matter how much you try to “get it together,” the chaos keeps winning? In this episode, we’re talking about how to reset your habits and routines after a week that completely threw you off. If Thanksgiving left you overwhelmed, behind, or operating in full survival mode, this is the gentle reset your brain and schedule are craving before Christmas hits. I’m walking you through why everything felt harder last week, why your nervous system defaulted to old habit loops, and how to rebuild your holiday rhythm without trying to overhaul your entire life in one day. You’ll hear the mindset shift most moms skip, the real reason “trying harder” doesn’t work, and how to interrupt the patterns that make you feel reactive, scattered, or mentally overloaded. Ultimately, I’m challenging you to stop assuming chaos means you’re failing, and instead give yourself the one simple reset that brings your power back: awareness, clarity, and small anchored habits. You don’t need a whole new routine — you just need the right reset in the right moment to get out of survival mode and back into steady momentum. Have you noticed yourself grabbing the closest task just to feel productive? Do your days feel like they’re running you instead of the other way around lately? In this episode, I’m sharing something that caught my attention last week right before the holiday chaos started rolling in — that moment when you realize you’re doing a lot, but not necessarily doing the right things. I walk you through a very real morning in my house that made it painfully clear what happens when we skip the tiny habits that normally protect our peace. We’re talking about why overwhelm makes you reactive, why your brain goes straight to “fast and easy,” and how the smallest habits are often the difference between a calm morning and a complete meltdown. You’ll also hear why that frazzled feeling isn’t a personal failure — it’s your nervous system running on autopilot — and how habits are either carrying you or costing you during a season like this. Ultimately, I’m challenging you to stop trying to “push through” the overwhelm and instead give your brain a new pattern to follow. You don’t need a new personality or a new planner — you need one small habit that puts you back in the driver’s seat.
