I’m so excited you’re here.  Let's get you organized.

It will help you be more intentionally efficient so you can have more time and energy to be a mom without any guilt or anxiety overtaking your life. It will encourage you to improve communication with your significant other so you don’t have to keep doing things alone.

Hi I’m Jess, a wife and stay at home mom to 3 girls. For 10 years I unintentionally teetered on the verge of burnout in motherhood. I had developed some bad habits of wasting time, having no plan, letting the kids run the show, struggling alone in silence and then blowing up on my spouse. I finally realized that if I was going to find more balance in my day, be more present with my kids, and have better communication with my spouse, it was up to me to deliberately make those changes. So I created a plan to restack and replace these routines that were keeping me stuck. A simple strategy that helped me gain back more time, stamina and best of all hope. And I can’t wait to share it with you.

If you are finally ready to learn more about stacking essential habits for SAHM’s by learning quick and simple techniques that help give you more efficiency in your day; if you’re ready to feel more prepared and less frustrated with your spouse, give you more head space, energy and time to re-align with the woman that came before the mother... Then this podcast is for you!

It’s time to turn up those ear pods, shake up your fizz and let’s get stacking.

Hey momma… have you ever decided that this is the season you’re finally going to declutter the whole house? And then a few weeks later found yourself wondering how the clutter somehow came right back? In this episode, we’re talking about why decluttering often feels like a never-ending project and how to shift it into something much more sustainable. I share a personal story about our own attempt to overhaul the house and why it didn’t stick the first time around.  We’ll talk about why decluttering needs to move beyond a one-time project and become a weekly rhythm supported by two habits: the Minimizing Habit and the Planning Habit. Ultimately, I’m challenging you to download the Declutter Scorecard and spend about fifteen minutes walking through your home identifying the spaces that feel cluttered, chaotic, or constantly slowing you down. Bring that list into your Weekly Stacking Session and begin placing small declutter stacks into your week so you can start building a home that supports your routines one space at a time. Let’s partner together because momming is not easy, but it's way harder when you keep trying to do it alone. I know you're ready to put those babies to bed.... Hey momma… have you ever felt like you're working hard every day but you're not sure if the things you're doing are actually moving you closer to your goals? Ever wondered how to take those big dreams you have for your life and translate them into something that actually fits inside your weekly routines? In this episode, I’m walking you through how to align your daily habits with the future you’re trying to build using the power of habit stacking. We talk about why vague goals often leave us feeling busy but not progressing, and how zooming out to a six-month focus can help you get clarity on what actually matters in this season of motherhood. Because the real transformation doesn’t happen when you write down the goal. It happens when you intentionally place the right habits into your routines week after week. Ultimately, I'm challenging you to zoom out and decide what wall you're building over the next six months. Then take a few minutes during your Weekly Stacking Session to ask yourself if the habits you’re placing into your routines are actually supporting that direction. One small stack placed intentionally each week can move you farther than a dozen scattered efforts. Let’s partner together because momming is not easy, but it's way harder when you keep trying to do it alone. I know you're ready to put those babies to bed.... Hey momma… do your mornings feel rushed before the day has even really started? Do you ever wonder why some mornings flow smoothly while others feel chaotic and overwhelming? In this episode, I’m walking you through a simple way to evaluate your morning routine so it actually supports your day instead of draining your energy before it even begins. Many of us try to pack too much into our mornings without realizing it, which leads to capacity miscalculations and unnecessary stress. I share how defining the core habits of your morning routine can help stabilize that block of time and ensure the most important things actually get done. When you understand the outcome you’re trying to achieve in your morning routine, it becomes much easier to decide what belongs there and what can move to another block of the day.  Ultimately, I’m challenging you to take a closer look at your morning routine and ask yourself one simple question: What is the true outcome of this block of time? Once you define that outcome, identify the core habits that support it and allow the bonus tasks to flex based on your capacity. Let’s partner together because momming is not easy, but it's way harder when you keep trying to do it alone. I know you're ready to put those babies to bed.... Hey momma… have you ever felt like your brain has a hundred tabs open at once and you’re constantly trying to remember what you’re forgetting? Do you ever walk through your day feeling busy but still unsure if you’re actually getting the right things done? In this episode, I’m breaking down one of the biggest reasons moms feel overwhelmed: mental clutter. When every task is floating around in your mind with no clear place to live, your brain ends up spinning like a shuffleboard table full of ideas, reminders, errands, and responsibilities. I walk you through how organizing your day into Outcome-Based Routine Blocks can dramatically simplify that chaos. Instead of trying to do everything all at once.  This small shift helps reduce decision fatigue, gives every task a home, and makes your daily routines feel smoother and more intentional. Ultimately, I’m challenging you to pause and ask yourself one simple question: What is the outcome of my morning routine? Once you know the result you’re trying to accomplish in that block of time, it becomes much easier to decide which habits belong there and which tasks can move to another part of the day. Let’s partner together because momming is not easy, but it's way harder when you keep trying to do it alone. I know you're ready to put those babies to bed.... Are you stuck in an all-or-nothing cycle with your routines? Do you keep overhauling your plans only to feel defeated a few days later when it is back to where you started? In this episode, we’re zooming in on the power of small, repeatable habits and how they create transformation over time. Using a relatable laundry story, I walk you through why big “reset days” don’t actually solve the problem and how one tiny shift, like gathering laundry daily, can stabilize your rhythm. We talk about the difference between intensity and repetition, why habits feel insignificant in real time, and how time-lapse growth is what truly builds confidence, structure, and peace in your home.  Ultimately, I’m challenging you to identify your lowest common denominator, the smallest action you can repeat daily that reduces friction instead of increasing pressure. Choose one habit, protect it, and let it compound before you try to add anything else. Let’s partner together because momming is not easy, but it's way harder when you keep trying to do it alone. Are you constantly feeling behind even though you’re doing so much? Have you ever wondered if the problem isn’t your discipline… but your schedule? In this episode, we’re talking about the hidden cost of overcommitment and how it quietly sabotages your routines. I walk you through the powerful “rocks in the glass” visual and help you evaluate what actually belongs in your week. You’ll learn how overcommitment is often identity-driven, why pouring in everyone else’s expectations first leaves you drained, and how protecting your “rocks,” sleep, movement, planning, self-care, changes everything.  Ultimately, I’m challenging you to identify your rocks and protect them before adding anything else this season. Stop asking what you can fit in and start asking what truly stabilizes you because when the rocks go in first, everything else settles. Let’s partner together because momming is not easy, but it's way harder when you keep trying to do it alone. I know you're ready to put those babies to bed.... Do you ever feel like your schedule should work… but it keeps falling apart? Have you convinced yourself that you’re just bad at time management because you can’t seem to fit everything into one evening with kids? In this episode, I’m walking you through a powerful shift: you are not bad at managing your time — you’re over capacity. We talk about what really happens when you try to squeeze too many tasks, too many personalities, and too many expectations into one small block of time. I share a real-life story about after-school chaos, why most of us underestimate how long everything actually takes, and how unrealistic timing — not lack of discipline — is what derails our routines. I introduce my 15-Minute Rule, explain how to build margin into your schedule, and help you zoom out to see your week clearly so you can stop fighting your calendar and start working with it. Ultimately, I’m challenging you to choose two priorities per evening instead of sixteen and to evaluate whether your current season can realistically hold everything you’re trying to stack into it. Add buffer where you can, let go of what doesn’t fit, and remember that managing your time starts with managing your expectations. When you build margin into your week, you create space not only for productivity — but for patience, presence, and real connection with your kids. Let’s partner together because momming is not easy, but it's way harder when you keep trying to do it alone. I know you're ready to put those babies to bed.... Are you busy all day but still feel like you’re not moving forward? Do you have goals in your heart but no idea how to actually fit them into your real week? In this episode, I’m breaking down the difference between wishing for change and scheduling it. We talk about how energy is actually created — not from caffeine or hype, but from moving toward something meaningful. I walk you through why vague goals like “get healthy” or “get organized” aren’t enough, and how defining one clear goal changes the way you design your routines. Then I teach you the four simple steps to turn that goal into scheduled weekly habit stacks inside your routine blocks so your schedule finally starts supporting what matters most instead of draining you. Ultimately, I’m challenging you to stop trying to change everything at once and instead choose one goal for this season. Break it down into repeatable weekly actions, place those actions intentionally inside your routine blocks, and practice them until they feel smooth and natural. Strong habits are the boundaries that protect your goals — and when you focus on one priority at a time, progress becomes inevitable. Are your nights ending in chaos and your mornings starting in a rush? Do you ever feel like you’re constantly playing catch-up before the day even begins? In this episode, I’m walking you through how habit stacking your nighttime routine can completely change how your mornings feel. I’m sharing a real story about how my own evenings used to spiral into exhaustion and unfinished tasks, and how I began breaking that cycle by rearranging small parts of my routine instead of trying to overhaul everything. You’ll learn why sequences matter more than discipline, how to identify the one loop disrupting your nights, and how to test small changes that make your evenings smoother and your mornings calmer. Ultimately, I’m challenging you to find just one loop in your nighttime routine and one sequence you can rearrange this week. Practice that small change for a few nights and notice how it impacts your energy, your stress, and the way your mornings begin. Do you ever feel like you have a plan for your day but not the energy to follow through? Have you ever wondered why you feel so drained even when you’re trying your best to stay organized? In this episode, I’m breaking down three hidden energy leaks that many moms don’t even realize are draining them every day. We’re talking about decision fatigue, unfinished loops, and the ways we unintentionally put ourselves last especially when it comes to feeding and caring for our bodies. I share some personal stories from my own seasons of exhaustion and how small, simple habit stacks helped me begin rebuilding my energy without adding more pressure or expectations. Ultimately, I’m challenging you to start paying attention this week. Notice where your energy drops, where your routines feel heavy, and where one small habit could support you better. Have you ever felt like you finally found clarity, only to lose it a few weeks later? Why do you have to keep starting over every time life gets busy again? In this episode, I’m sharing why consistency doesn’t come from motivation or willpower, it comes from having the right support and a place to practice. We talk about what happens after the workshop glow fades, why most moms fall back into reaction mode even with the best intentions, and why having ongoing access to guidance makes all the difference. The Habit Stacked Life Membership is OPEN THRU SUN, Feb 1, 2026.... This is how support begins. The membership is designed to be a support container where you can keep coming back, recalibrating, and building habits until they stick. This space is for moms who are done spinning their wheels and ready to stay grounded, focused, and intentional as life keeps moving. If you felt clarity during the workshop, this is how you protect it. If you missed the workshop but have been listening, learning, and resonating with the message, this is your next step. The membership is open for a short window through this Sunday, Feb 1st and it’s your opportunity to get continued access to me, the tools, the routines, and the structure that helps you stay consistent instead of starting over every few weeks. We talk about the difference between surviving a week and actually prioritizing what matters inside of it. Do you ever wish you could feel more confident and involved in what’s happening financially in your home instead of avoiding it? In this episode, we’re talking about how habit stacking can organize your money goals instead of letting finances live as a constant source of stress. I share my personal journey from running my own business to becoming a stay-at-home mom and how that shift changed the way money felt in our home. We talk about why so many moms look for side gigs or flexible income options, why money becomes emotional when options feel limited, and how fear of judgment can make it even harder to take action. URGENT: The workshop was rescheduled due to an ice storm and power outages in Nashville Registration still open for The Weekly Reset Workshop, - Feb 10, 2026 Hey momma, have you ever had a week fall apart even though you did everything “right”? Have you ever felt like one unexpected disruption erased all the effort you put into planning and routines? In this episode, I’m sharing what happened when a historic ice storm here in Nashville forced me to reschedule the Weekly Reset Workshop and completely pivot our family’s plans. I walk you through what that experience revealed about control, expectations, and why motherhood constantly asks us to adjust instead of just push harder. We talk about why pivoting isn’t failure, how prioritizing looks different when life shifts, and what it really means to respond instead of react when routines break. Ultimately, I’m challenging you to look at where life has disrupted your routines and ask yourself what actually fits in this season instead of trying to force an old plan to work. I want you to practice pivoting with intention this week by choosing one or two true priorities and letting go of what no longer belongs.  Let’s partner together because momming is not easy, but it’s way harder when you keep trying to do it alone. In this episode, I’m breaking down why goals so often fall apart and what actually makes habits sustainable in real life. We talk about why motivation isn’t the problem, how your brain responds to familiarity and repetition, and why big goals need to be translated into small, repeatable actions inside your week.  Ultimately, I’m challenging you to stop asking what you need to fix and start asking what you’re willing to practice. Have you ever felt like your days shouldn’t feel this hard, yet everything still feels overwhelming? Do you ever wonder why the smallest questions or interruptions hit you so much harder than they should? In this episode, we’re talking about why so many moms feel out of control even when nothing is technically “wrong,” and how that pressure usually has less to do with emotions and more to do with decision fatigue. I walk you through what control actually means in motherhood and why trying to solve everything in real time is what’s draining your energy the fastest.  Ultimately, I’m challenging you to stop trying to manage everything in the moment and instead choose one area of your week where you’ll decide ahead of time what matters.
