In the quiet Bedfordshire village of Clophill sits the ruins of a desecrated church that looks unassuming nowadays, but it has a terrifying past. In the 1960s and 70s, rumours of devil worship, black magic rituals, and grave desecration spiralled into a full-blown satanic panic that almost destroyed the village rector.
