In this weeks edition, I give you a big preview of the 2nd Ashes test at the Gabba starting today, with some big changes already confirmed for the Aussies, most notably TravBall at the top of the order! Plus the F1 World Championship is going to a decider, 3 drivers within 16 points, I give you the scenarios required for each driver to win this years title. And R360 has been delayed until 2028, leaving some big name stars which were set to join the competition in limbo.

A former Australian Schoolboy, Waratahs U'20s and Australian U20's World Cup representative, Coop takes us through his journey to joining thr Australian Rugby 7's program ahead of their 2025/26 season.
