This episode is very close to my heart, because for a while I was ashamed to admit how much I let someone else make me feel about my body. Reclaiming your body, especially after a breakup is really hard - it can feel like you don’t belong to yourself. And for those who have been through manipulative, emotionally abusive relationships, it can be even harder to recover from hurtful comments made by someone that said they loved you - and that was definitely the case for me.
