During the 2024 campaign, I would tell everyone how uniquely dangerous Trump is. That, if elected, he’ll be a fascist and try to turn America into a fascist dystopia. Jesus. I'm 21 minutes in and you haven't said a damn thing other than "I told you so." Yes, tens of millions of us saw fascism coming. EVERYONE from NYC area in the 80s knew what a mob-ruler, racist, misogynistic narcissist Trump was before he ever ran for POTUS the first time, and even millions more saw Jan 6th and the schizo transfer of power, who could've made a different choice in '24 by voting for Kamala instead of 47. Obama deported more way immigrants than 47, all without ICE terrorists.
SCOTUS needs to be doubled in size & have term limits. It's packed w/Trump loyalists. Their immunity ruling was mindboggling. The Narcoleptic Narcissist will be dead soon, but SCOTUS needs to be fixed or this country is seriously fucked. McConnell sucked by blocking Merrick Garland's nomination - he'd have been a great Justice & was a HORRIFIC Attorney General. PedOTUS should've been banned from political office after Jan 6th; Jack Smith proved it. Garland dragged his feet on prosecuting.
Carville has been completely out of touch this whole year. He thinks too much like corporate establishment Dems, and that's not the direction the party is taking. The election of Zohran was pretty clear evidence that nobody wants moderate, AIPAC-beholden Dems anymore. Carville is a dying breed. He was SO wrong about how Dems should just play dead & let the GOP party screw themselves. Only when Dems strategically fight back does the party have a productive pulse.
I live in SE Minnesota in Rochester, home of Mayo Clinic. There's a significant Somali population here. They are hard-working, family-oriented and as law-abiding as the generic population. My city is NOT a shit-hole. Minnesota has NOT been destroyed. It remains my favorite quadi-Scavndanavvian republic. Trump's performance in the Oval Office was truly horrifying and RACIST AS FUCK. I am the son of an Indian immigrant si,ply awaiting my turn in the barrel.
