There must have been an angel by our side this week in The House of Rayne by Harley Laroux. This spooky, frightful, bloody book hits in all the right spots AND has a hot sapphic love story to boot! I hate to say it, but the smut falls to the side as Paul and Angela are sucked into the mystery of this HorroRomance that keeps you leaning in from start to finish.
The Monsters are Mashing this week in Doves and Demons by Cleo Evans. We are so back with this dark, monster romance! Its fun, its cheeky, and its really freaky. Come take a ride in a blimp and lust after a Mothman with the SHS crew this week!
Like the high and low of the tides, we too have high and lows at Second Hand Smut..... The tide is out on this stinker of a book, Chasing Riddick by Alexandra St. Pierre. I'm not sure whats worse, the AI art or knowing how much water was used to make it in this episodes book. Thank god we love to hate here at SHS, or this one may not have been such a good time!
