In this episode I touch base with Nelson Chandler from episode 04. We discuss our 2024 deer seasons and what we've learned. Nelson had a very good season where he tagged three mature bucks, each in a different month (October, November, and December). We'll dive into the observations and tactics used for all three bucks Nelson harvested. We'll also discuss how Nelson has found success in the mountains over the years, tagging nearly 70 bucks over 2.5 years old since the 1980s on public and private land.@ Nelson Chandler - Facebook@nelsonchandler1987 - Instagram
My first returning guest Kendra DeBerry, gives the full story of her first successful deer recovered using her drone service. The deer was a massive middle TN buck taken with a compound bow. She will also shed light on how she paired old fashioned blood tracking with modern day technology to recover her customer's buck. This is a unique example of how technology has been implemented into hunting in 2024.
