Julia and Alex are co-owners, winemakers and vineyard managers for Usonia Wine located in Ovid New York. They make some very interesting wines in a minimal intervention style. They are very well spoken, articulate and knowledgable about their craft and we had a great conversation.

Paul Brock is the owner along with his wife Shannon and winemaker of Silver Thread Winery as well as a professor of Viticulture and Enology at the Finger Lakes Community College.
