hello! following the announcement of manon’s KATSEYE break, talk about a something that really upset me and pains me as a black woman but also a fan of music. the constant mistreatment of black girls in girl group but just black girls and women of color in the music industry overall. * i’d like to apologize for the almost constant stuttering for this episode lol idk what happened i mean i do stutter sometimes but that day it was more than usual for some reason and i was actually thinking of re recording it but the message im delivering in this episode is very important to me so it just didn’t felt right to redo it in a certain way i guess* have a good listen! and happy black history month

insecurites… they are horrible and they make people’s life hell, but after being so insecure for years and accepting the fact that i will forever be like this i realized that not only it’s not true and but also why it’s so important to have confidence. in this episode i will be talking about some insecurities they i have/had and how i dealt with it and try every day to work on it to build confidence. hope you’ll enjoy it! love, celia
