Liv Ciara is 16-year-old from St. Peters, MO and is competing in the 29th season of The Voice on NBC. This is Ciara's second go on the show after leaving an impression in Season 28. She shares her feelings after seeing judges Adam Levine and Kelly Clarkson turn their chairs around to pick her for their team. 'I kind of just let myself have a moment,' says Ciara. 'It felt so surreal.' She says she picked Kelly Clarkson's team. 'I immediately connected with Kelly,' she continues. 'She was my number one choice.'
Matt spoke with middle school and high school teachers on the use of educational technology in their classroom. While the tools can facilitate learning, issues can arise when the technology is abused. Computer monitoring programs enable educators to limit students' use of distracting materials, but not every school has access to such software. The teachers also speak on their students' comprehension of materials given on paper compared to a laptop.
